KSRB 5.2-3 : Providing and constructing granite size stone masonry in foundation with cement mortar 1:6, stone hammered dressed in courses not less than 20 cms high, bond stones at 2Mtrs apart in each course, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work .complete as per specifications. KBS 5.1.13

Providing and laying Ready mixed M-30 Cement concrete using 20mm and down size granite coarse aggregates and fine aggregates of ready mixed concrete for RCC works laid in 15 cm thick layers and well compacted including vibrating for all super structure works, Beams, Retainaing Wall, roof Slab (exculsive of cost of steel and fabrication charges), including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work . (The RMC should be obtained only from the plants certified by Quality Council of India as per CE, C&B letter, AE2, 2015-16, Dt. 12-09-2015 ).

KSRB 4-6.4 : Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for vertical surface such as walls at any thickness, including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2

KSRB 4-6.11 :Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for Stairs (excluding landing) except spiral staircase including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2

KSRB 4-6.7 :Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2.

KSRB 4-6.2 : Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for suspended floors, landings, balconies and likes, thickness upto 200 mm , including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. Specification No. KBS 4.6.2 - 0 to 5 mts.

KSRB 2.3 : Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock ) in sides of foundations upto plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cms. in depth, compacting each deposited layer by ramming after watering, including cost and conveyance of all other materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. specification No. KBS 2.9

KSRB 5-14: Providing and constructing load bearing wall with solid concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density not less than 1800kg/m3 having a minimum average compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 confirming to IS 2185 (Part 1)2005 and constructed with CM 1 A, as per IS 25722005 including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges, scaffolding, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

KSRB 4.9.2 : Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured paid),including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work . SSpecification No. KBS 4.6.3 - TMT bars Fe 500.

KSRB 4.2.8: Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design Mix M20 with OPC @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with super plasticisers @31ts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 ems thick, vibrated for all works in ground floor level for roof slabs, staircase, lintels, and beams retaining walls, columns, pillars, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window cills, fillets etc.,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work .Specification No. KBS 4.1,4.6 .

KSRRB 1100-2. Driving cast-in-place vertical R.C.C. 300mm dia. piles with OPC design mix with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @31ts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 excluding reinforcement , including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design & Drawing and directions of the Engineer incharge of work .

Providing and construction of Garbha Gudi Gopura according to the sculpture using Red colour Illikal granite stone. The stones shall be dressed to four nulu, making surface nice and shall be carved as per the design, drawing and specification. The Gopura shall be constructed stage by stage like small floor pavillion type, the top portion of the summit should be constructed as per design and drawing, and fixing of metal rubbish over the summit ( except the cost of metal rubbish ) , the gaps between the stones should be less than 1mm using surkhi ( a mixture of lime, sand and Jaggery) and the length of granite stones should not be less than 1.00 m. The thickness and height of stones shall be as per design and drawing. Including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges, labour charges, dressing, scaffolding, ifting, Crane charges, curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, design and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. ( The rates measured only depending on the volume of constructed portion)
