Prime Coat - Medium porosity, Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502. ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRB M500-10. Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen(VG10) in boiler fitted with spray set distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the existing prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mchancial broom. complete as per specifications. - using bitumen 80/100 on primed surfaces ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Bituminous Macadam, Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504. ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

KSRRB M500-18. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects complete as per specifications. - using40/60 TPH capacity H.M.P. with Mechanical Paver Gr-II (25 mm to 30 mm) with 5 % VG-30 Bitumen ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Excavation for Structures--Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. - Ordinary soil--Upto 3 m depth ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 - P.C.C grade M 10--Nominal mix 1:3:6 ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204--For height - R.C.C grade M 20 ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Supplying, fitting and placingTMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clauses 1000 and 1202 ---- including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, I & UL, Curing with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.1OxO.1Ox2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 1Omm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia stirups. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 :3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and atthe place indicated by the Engineer incharge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges, labour, HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.
