P8, Item No.1.12, vol 1 - Earth work in surface excavation by mechanical means for lowering & leveling the ground for all works other than foundation in all kinds of soils & upto depth not exceeding 300mm as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, shoring, strutting, barricading, caution lights, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter including dressing of excavated surfaces, isposing off or levelling the excavated earth or sorting & stacking the selected earth for reuse in a radius of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m including cost of labour, tools, usage of machinery & other appurtenances required to complete the work. n all kinds of soils upto 300 mm depth ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.

P 201,20.39,vol 2 - Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre) (if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account) ---- Including cost and conveyance of all materials,Labour,Hire charges of Machineries and Equipments with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading charges etc. Complete as directed as per specification and direction of Engineer in-charge of the work.
