Supply installations testing and commisioning of Acoustic wall panelling for the stage side walls: Providing and constructing of GI frame supported Perforated gypsum wall Paneliing upto to the false ceiling to a maximum level of 16m from stage floor level which includes 50 mm x 50 mm GI Channel having two flanges of 32 mm, 0.55 mm fixed to the wall at a distance of 610mm centre to centre vertically and transversly with neccesary fixtures. The rate quoted to be inclusive of : 1. Filling glass wool insulation of density 32 kg/m3, 50mm thick in board form covered with hersian cloth. Providing and applying one layer of 12.5 mm thick perforated Gyp board of size of 1200 mm x 2400 mm having circular holes of 12 mm dia ( perforated area of 16%) and having NRC of 0.60 to 0.75, fixed on GI frame work to the which includes tapered edge screw fixed with 25 mm dry wall screw at 300mm c/c to the wall channel. Care should be taken that the joint should be staggered to avoid leakage. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finilised so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with joint compound, joint paper tape and one coat of primer followed by two coats of oil bound distemper painting as per the site conditions. The rate includes installation materials loading, unloading and lead etc., complete and as per the specifications and direction of the Engineer incharge of the work manufacturer's specifications. ---- Including cost of all materials, cost of labour, cost of equipment and machinery, cost of hire charges of machinery, lead & lift, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete. The work shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Scaffolding hire charges for Casuarina poles for false ceiling with plaster of paris work using 4" - 6" dia best quality casuarina poles for staging foe vertical post and horizotal spacing at 1.50m to a height of 50' and 5'x1' 30mm thick jungle wood planks for centering sheets including bracing with coir rope including cost of all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges cost of all labour for all items of work, and with all other incidental charges etc., complete and the work shall carried out as per the direction of Engineer incharge of the work. ---- Including cost of all materials, cost of labour, cost of equipment and machinery, cost of hire charges of machinery, lead & lift, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidental charges etc., complete.
