7.50 - Providing & Fixing of Mineral Fibre Suspended Ceiling System in the module size of 600x600x19mm with Exposed grid for Hospitals, Shopping malls, Commercial establishments and office complexes. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 87%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, NRC -0.7,Colour White, Fire Performance UK A2 S1, dO, with Anti Microbial coating on the face of the tile, suitable for zone 4 area according to NF S 90-35:2003 with cleanroom class of ISO 5 (class 100), Decontamination class of CP1Oand Bacteriological Cleanliness class B1 for specific strains and reduction in colony size. Washability properties of 500 wash cycles as per ASTM D-4828 and suitable for Green Building application with Recycled content of 37%. The tile shall be laid on 24mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15 kg/m2 & pull out strength of minimum 100 kg The T Sections should have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per m2 and need to be installed with suspension system of approved make.

7.28.2 - Providing & fixing 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level, over first class kail wood strips 25x6 mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame. - Curved surfaces

8.57 - Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and pre- paring the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

20.61 - Removing the old paint from steel and / or other metal surface with paint remover of approved brand / manufacturer cleaning and making surface even including cost of material, labour, complete as per specifications.

8.51 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

8.54.2 - Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 g/L of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

8.33.3 - Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coat applied @ 0.90L/10 m² over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 L/10 m² of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

20.28 - Providing and fixing 150 mm bright finished floor brass door stopper with rubber cushion, necessary brass screws etc. to suit shutter thickness complete

22.9a - Providing and fixing stainless steel 304 grade fancy handle of approved make fixed with sS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. 200mm length

19.59 - Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge to the appropriate disposal area.

NSR1 - Ply Wood Cupboard Both side laminate: Providing and fixing wooden storage unit of size 0.90m x 2.10m, one side laminate with 18 mm PLY with edge bound for body, 18mm PLY with openable shutters and individual locking system for shutter, 9 mm PLY with edge bound for rear portion with Hafele fitting hinges, Hafele locks, Minifix assembly, screw legs, Handles and tower bolt. Using ply Moisture Content 9%, Mass Density 780 Kg/m3, Tensile Strength- a) Along the Grain 42N/mm2 b) Across the Grain 25N/mm2, Modulus of Elasticity- a) Along the Grain 7500N/mm2 b) Across the Grain 4000N/mm2 Shelf Support - MS Tube with Powder coated finish Below 18mm thk plywood this is withstand the More Load etc., complete. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for all items of work with all lead and lift, loading and unloading and all other incidental charges required for successful completion of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work. NSR2 - Providing and fixing reception table in site as per architectural drawings 13059/RC. Table shall be made up of 19mm thick BWP board for verticals and horizontals. The verticals and horizontals exposed faces shallbe covered by approved 4mm thick veneer sheet. Table top shall be finished with 6mm thick approved Korean sheet with necessary buffing and other finishing. Over which studs of SS with matt finish shall be fixed for fixing of 12mm thick toughened plain glass. Table size is of 5.84X0.91X1.15 and 2.43X0.91X1.15 the curve size 0.91mtrs radius. The veneer sheet should be melaminbe polish of approved shade including scraping with blade and rubbing with zero paper and applying sealer coat by way of spraying with necessary compressor and applying putty after rubbing with steel wool including two coats of melamine polish. The work shall be completed as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.work.

NSR3 - Supplying and fixing Notice board of size 4.5 ' x 4' made out of 4"x1" teak wood frame provided with 12mm thick commercial plywood sheet at back side of the frame and the front facing side of the board is to be upholstered with soft pin board and approved colour blazer cloth. The notice board shall provided with 4mm thick plain sliding glass with locking arrangement having necessary teak wood beading. The work includes finishing the frame with melamine polish and fixing the board on the wall with necessary nails, screws, clamps etc, complete. The rate includes cost of all materials like screws, fevicol, clamps, labour charges and all other incidental charges with all lead and lift, transportation, loading and unloading charges etc., complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work

NSR4 - Supplying and fixing Incumbency board of size 3' x 7' made out of 3" x 2" teak wood frame having arch shape at top, fitted with 19mm thick commercial plywood sheet at back side of the frame and the front facing side of the board is to be provided with 1.5mm thick lamination sheet of approved colour. The work includes finishing the frame with melamine polish, stickering the numbers/names and fixing the board on the wall with necessary nails, screws, clamps etc, complete. The rate includes cost of all materials like screws, fevicol, clamps, labour charges and all other incidental charges with all lead and lift, transportation, loading and unloading charges etc., complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work

NSR5 - Providing Re-upholstery for sofa set with provision of foam packing and pasting wherever necessary with approved Leatherlite on the entire sofa (Basic cost of Leatherlite Rs.400/-Smtr) lining, stitching, piping etc, complete. Work including cost of all materials, labour charges, all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidental charges etc, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work

NSR6 - Providing Re-upholstery for sofa set with provision of foam packing and pasting wherever necessary with approved Leatherlite on the entire sofa (Basic cost of Leatherlite Rs.400/-Smtr) lining, stitching, piping etc, complete. Work including cost of all materials, labour charges, all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation and all other incidental charges etc, complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work

NSR7 - Supplying Teak wood Visitors bench of size 190x46x90cms by using first quality teak wood section 65x65mm for front leg, back leg with 65x100mm to proper slope for back rest, legs are tied with 65x45cm at bottom with 30mm thick teak wood planks for seat are provided with necessary frame work, 65x50mm section with suitable supporting intervals and back rest is provided with 30mm thick jolly designed teak wood planks with necessary frame work 650x 50mm section and finishing the whole body with melamine polish. The rate inclusive of all materials like teak wood section, planks, nails, screws, adhesive, tools and plants, machineries, clamps, and all labour charges for carpentry work, polishing and finishing with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation and all types of statutory taxes and all incidental charges etc., compete as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.)
