PWD SR 23-24 VOL-1 ITEM NO. 1.7 - Construction of Embankment : Construction of embankment with approved material obtained Road Way Cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requriement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301 & 302

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-1 ITEM NO. 1.8 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 3.6 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders : Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1.

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 4.17 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 10.4 - Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Open-Graded Premix surfacing, 20mm (using VG-30 Grade Bitumen)" Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface,painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 510 using HMP 40/60 TPH Capacity compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 5.3.i - Providing and applying tack coat with Bituminous Emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/m2 on the prepared asphalt surface cleaned with mechanical broom

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 16.38 - 20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not lss than 200 tonne per hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 6.6 - Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement using RMC M-30 grade with OPC @ 270 kg/m3 and GGBS@ 90 kg/m3 (75:25 proportion) as per approved mix design procedure and thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base. The superplastisiser confirming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 Coarse aggregates and Fine aggregate confirming to IS:383-2016, transported to site, laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work). Spreading the concrete with shovels, rackers and compacted using needle, suitable plate vibrator and finished in a continuous operation including provision of separation membrane and Hessian cloth finishing to lines and grades complete including cost of all materials, labour, all lead & lift, loading charges as per specification & direction of Engineer - incharge of the work.

PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 8.7 - Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on 2 inch dia GI Pipe firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Tehnical Specification Clause 1701. PWD SR 23-24 VOL-3 ITEM NO. 8.15 - Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectrising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 803- - with all lead and lift including other incidental charges wherever necessary for successful completion of work
