KSRRB M400:Construction of granular sub-base Grading-V as Sub-base and drainage layer by providing coarse graded crushed stone aggregates of granite/trap/basalt material, mixing by mix in place method by rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the 98 % proctor density, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges, and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. KSRRB M400-17. KSRRB M500-6. Providing and applying primer coat with S.S. bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base such as WM M inclusive of cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means , including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.Clause 502 of MORTH V revision

KSRRB 500-11. Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with crushed coarse aggregates as per design mix formula for base / binding course including loading of aggregates with F. E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregates and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed materials with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired density, but excluding cost of primer / tack coat & including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. KSRRB M500-18. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work. Providing and laying Plain cement concrete M10 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration , including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

K8RRB M2200-5.9. Providing and laying Design mix M20 with OPC @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @31ts confirming to 189103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges,labour charges,curing form works,scaffolding and centering and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.- i) Upto 5 m height.

KSRRB M800 Road markers / Road studKSRRB MS00-35. Supply and lnstalltion of Moulded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/ NH/33023/10-97- DO Ill Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 1DO mm and 102 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 mm and height not less than 30 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation ,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 sqm Size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide Clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level ,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments,transportation charges, labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

Providing and fixing RCC name board of size 1.35xk0.60x0.04 mtrs fixed in reinforced cement concrete poles of size 0.1OxO.1Ox2.60mtrs in cement concrete M 20 proportion using 20mm and down size graded metal machine mixed with 1Omm dia main steel bars and 8mm dia tirrups. The board shall be provided with 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 :3 on both the sides. The poles shall be embedded in the ground for a depth of0.5 mtrs with cement concrete M 10 proportion. The board shall be fixed as per the drawing and at the place indicated by the Engineer incharge of the work. The cost includes excavation, bare cost of all materials, cost of steel, centering, transportation charges, fixing charges, labour, HOM etc., The work shall be carried out as per the detailed specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer in charge of the work.

Construction of earthen shoulders using good quality of hard soil deposited at site obtained from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet the requirement as per table No. 300-2 , inclusive of watering charges and compaction by vibratory roller,including cost and conveyance of all materials with all lead and lift,loading and unloading,hire charges of Machinery and equipments, transportation charges,labour charges,and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard technical specification, and directions of the Engineer incharge of work.

KSR RB M500-10. Providing and applying tack coat using 80/100 grade bitumen(VG10) in boiler fitted with spray set distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the existing prepared bituminous surface (primed surface) cleaned with mechanical broom.
