3.11 - Preparation and Surface Treatment of Formation. Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with 8-10 t smooth wheeled roller, complete as per, Clause 310 (P.No. 18, Item No. 3.11, PWD SR 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

4.1(V) - Construction of Granular Sub-Base of required grading as per design mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401For Grading -V Material (P.No. 23, I.No, 4.1(V), SR of 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

4.17 - Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver/grader in sub-base / base course on well prepared surfaceand compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density . (P.No. 26, I.No, 4.17, SR of 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

6.1 - Dry lean Cement Concrete Sub-base Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 14:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 140 kg/ m3 , optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 7 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 t vibratory roller, finishing and curing. 6.2.1 - Pavement Quality Concrete using paver - M40 gradeConstruction of M40 grade un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base in recommended proportions, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383:2016, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with a slip form paver finisher, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, curing compound, steel channels, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing, OPC @ 420 kg/m3. (Item No: 6.2.1 , Page No: 49, Schedule of Rates PWD 2023-24 vol- 3) ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

10.15(i) - Patching of Shallow Potholes using SDBC Gr ii 25 mm thick Patching of shallow potholes on asphalt surfaces by using Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete 25mm thickness. The Cost is inclusive of removing the failed materials & cleaning on the road surface, preparation of potholes to the required standards sizes before patching them and application of tack coat at 0.20 kg/ m2 over the asphalt surface including lead, loading unloading, rolling and finishing etc., complete as per specification .(P.No.93 I.No, 10.15 (i) SR of 2023-24, Volume-3) ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

10.15(ii) - Patching of Deep Potholes using WBM gr l & SDBC gr li 25 mm thick Patching of Deep Potholes 75mm thick by restoring the Granular Base course using material confirming to WBM Grade -I with 1ype Sereenings standards wherever necessary by manual means including trimming the pothole to the required shape and size, cleaning the pothole, applying Prime Coat (SS1) at 0.70 kg per m2 over the WBM surface and covering the surface with SDBC 25mm thick including lead, loading unloading, rolling and finishing etc., complete as per specification. .(P.No.93 I.No, 10.15 (ii) SR of 2023-24, Volume-3) ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

5.1(i) - Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade Bitumen Emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/m 2 using mechanical means. . (P.No. 31, I.No, 5.1(i), SR of 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

5.32 - Tack coat on Bituminous surface Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Bitumen using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/m 2 on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom (P.No. 43 I.No, 5.32 , SR of 2023-24, SR of 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

5.12(C) - Dense Graded Bituminous macadam Grading - ii for traffic less than20 mSa Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 40/60 TPH capacity HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30, @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTHspecification clause No. 505 complete in all respects .(P no 35 Vol 3, Ino 5.12C of PWD SR 2023-24) ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

5.16(C) - Bituminous Concrete Grading ii for traffic Less than 20 mSa Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 40/60 TPH capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30, @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade,level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects .(P no 38 Vol 3, Ino 5.16C of PWD SR 2023-24) ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

3.6 - Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2. 8.15 - Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 g/ m2 area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35:2015.The finished B89surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. 2.19 - Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavement Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 m3 in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials and stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately (P.No. 12, Item No.2.19 , PWD SR 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

8.2(b) - Cast in Situ Cement Concrete m 20 kerb with Channel Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 PCC M20 grade for kerb Cast in Situ (P.No. 63, I.No, 8.2 (b), SR of 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

8.10 - Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces (P.No.66, I.No, 8.10 , SR of 2023-24, Volume-3). ---- With all lead and lift including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all other incidental charges etc.,complete as per standard technical specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of work.

8.43 - Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
