NSR4 - Providing and supplying crystalline integral concrete waterproofing admixture that waterproofs concrete by forming crystals deep in the pores, capillaries and microcracks of the concrete, self-seal waterproofing compound to bridge shrinkage cracks upto 0.5mm in width & resist hydro-static pressure upto 16bar for both positive & negative pressure confirming to DIN 1048 part 5 for 56% reduction in depth of penetration against control, resistance to chloride penetration confirming to ASTM C 1202 with 64% improvement against control & protecting steel re-inforcement against corrosion mixed @ 1% by weight of cementitious content in concrete. ie., integral crystaline waterproofing admix @ 0.5 kg/bag of cement. (For calculation purpose 320 kg of Cement for M-20 grade of Concrete is considered in the analysis) (I No.15.7 Vol-2 Pwd SR.2021-22)

NSR5 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications.(I No.20.50 Vol-2 Pwd SR.2021-22)

NSR6 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(I No.8.25 Vol-2 Pwd SR.2021-22)

NSR7 - Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two coat applied 0.90 ltr/10 m over an under coat of primer applied 0.80 ltr/10 m of approved brand and manufacture including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(I No.8.33.3 Vol-2 Pwd SR.2021-22)

NSR8 - Providing and laying in Reinforced cement concrete for all Basement & surface level works, return walls, retaining walls, sunken floors etc. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

NSR9 - Providing 20 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) to brick/stone masonary including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

NSR10 - Providing & injecting PU elastic injection grouts into walls & ceiling through drilled/ inserted nipples with fixing polymer modified compound. Thereafter the holes shall be injected with Sika Injection-201 CE Elastic PUR-Injection Resin for Permanent Watertight Sealing (Solvent free, water reactive 2-part polyurethane resin). The gaps shall be sealed effectively. Also application details shall be followed as per manufacturers specifications. Methodology: Sika Injection-201 CE is used for permanent watertight sealing with some flexibility to absorb limited movement, in dry, damp or water-bearing cracks and joints in concrete, brickwork and natural stone. Surfaces of cavities and cracks need to be clean, free of loose particles, dust, oil and any other bond-breaking substances. Any dirt must be blown out by compressed air. Permanently elastic, can absorb limited movements: No shrinkage in subsequent dry conditions Due to its low viscosity it can penetrates into cracks greater than 0.2 mm in width Cured Sika Injection-201 CE is inert and chemically-resistant Solvent-free, environmentally friendly, usable in ground water protection zones In cold temperatures (lesser than+10Sika Injection-201 CE can be accelerated using Sika Injection-AC 20 Can be injected as a one component system (when no accelerator is used) Rate includes cost of all material, labour, transportation, loading and unloading, scaffolding, all lead and lift, hire charges of cutting, welding grinding machines and all other incidental charges etc complete. For successful completion of work & as per the directions of the engineer-in-charge of work.
