Data Rate - AMC (Comprehensive) for Operation and Maintenance with Operators 365-24-7 operation of 60 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant at FISCAL POLICY INSTITUTE, KENGERI in Bangalore South Taluk for 1 years including repair and maintenance of All PUMPS, AIR BLOWERS, MOTORS, AIR DIFFUSERS, FILTERS, DECANT PUMP, PAINTING, PIPES AND FITTINGS, UV DISINFECTION, LEVEL SWITCHES / CONTROLLERS, FLOW METER, PROVIDING AND COMMISSIONING GRATINGS FOR SLUDGE DRYING BEDS, IN THE PREMISES OF FISCAL POLICY INSTITUTE, TREATED WATER OUTLET PIPELINE ETC., Connected to the Sewage Water Treatment including supply of Chemicals, lubricants for Electro Mechanical, equipments, spares like V belt, Oil Seals, Water Seals, Mechanical Seals, Other Consumables, Electrical Items, Machine repairs if any occurs during Periodical maintenance etc., and Providing periodical reports every month end as per IS 3025 with latest Amendment and as per KSPCB Tolerance limits, any statutory fees regarding water test and others should be borne by the successful bidder and also furnish payment details of staff related to STP every quarter. The work should be carried as per approved layout plan drawings Operation Instructions/Manuals, Removal of sludge periodically as instructed by Engineer in charge of the work including cost and conveyance of all Materials, labor for all items of work, machinery and equipments and all other incidental charges with all lead and lift, loading and unloading charges etc. complete and the work shall be executed as per standards and directions of the User Department and Engineer in charge of the work”. A) Cost of man power for Operation and Maintenance of STP a. Operators (365/24/7) - 3 Shifts per day (Each shift consists of 8 Hrs) (inclusive of ESI, PF) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work

Data Rate - b. Helper - (1 Visit in a month) ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work

Data Rate - Monthly 4 Tests (each in a week) to be conducted from the NABL Certified Agency for raw and effluent of the sample. ---- Including all lead lifts loading unloading transportation labour hire charges of machinery curing for concrete works cost and convene of all material and all other such incidental charges necessary for successful completion of works as per the detailed technical specification and direction of Engineer in charge of this work
