8.2.1 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

8.57 - Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and pre- paring the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

8.51 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

8.54.2 - Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 g/L of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

15.1 - polyurethane based single Component for New surface - Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Roof with PU based single component elastomeric pure polyurethane based coating on New terrace/Chajjas/Sunken portion of WC:Bathroom, cold applied PU wa- terproofing membrane that is highly elastic with elongation greater than 400% and tensile strength greater than 2MPa as per ASTM D412. The waterproofing membrane to be applied in 2coats @ 1.6 kg/m2 to achieve final DFT (Dry Film thickness) of 1mm including prime coat of epoxy primer @150 g/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo-textile over the wa- terproofing membrane. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification.

9.11 - Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thick- ness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

10.14 - Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/m2, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

14.3.1 - Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid

14.7.1 - Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps

14.8 - Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal for wash basin completely recessed at the back for the reception of pipes and fittings.

19.43.1 - Dismantling G.I. pipes (external work) including excavation and refilling trenches after taking out the pipes, manually/ by mechanical means in- cluding stacking of pipes to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15 mm to 40 mm nominal bore

9.4 - Providing and laying Cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 for commercial & residential building floors, hardpaths, footpaths using 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, including finishing complete as per Engineer incharge.

15.9 - old Terrace tile surface repair with Uv Resistant hybrid waterproofing coating - Providing and Applying Polyurethane hybrid liquid applied GRIHA certified Waterproofing coating with flutyne protection technology, single component, cold applied, water based acrylic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof having Tile or any non-porous surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength with 45 gsm Glass fibre mesh 4N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break ≥ 300% and Crack bridging ability up to 3mm, SRI Index 106 as per ASTM E 1980-01, Water permeability @5 bar – Nil as per EN12390 - 8:2019, including surface preparation, priming the surface with single component high-performance waterborne tile primer which is suitable for non - porous surface at a rate of 0.083 L/m2 and spreading 45 gsm Glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, treatment of cracks completely as per specification.

15.2 - polyurethane based single Component for Existing surface - Providing and Applying PU based Elastomeric Liquid Applied PU Waterproofing Membrane single component, cold applied, water based acrylic PU dispersion with highly elastic and UV resistant water proofing treatment to the Existing Roof surface/Chajjas/Sunken portion of WC:Bathroom applied @ 1.2 l/per m2, having tensile strength greater than 1.5N/mm2, elongation greater than 300% with solid content not less than 60% in 2 coats including surface preparation, priming the surface with water based acrylic primer @0.1 l/m2, and spreading 60 gsm geotextile between two top coats completely as per specification. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving at Junction, Bore Packing, treatment of construction joints completely as per specification.

2.1.4 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. - Mix 1:3:6 Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

001 - Face to Face work station: Providing and installation 75mm thick tile based Modular workstation of 1200mm ht. standard finishes shall be scratch and abrasion resistant. Plastic components to be manufactured from nylon, POM or ABS for strength and durability. To be a minimum of 75mm thick made of M.S. or extruded Aluminium for all structural elements finished in 60 micron powderr coating. All externally visible trims shall be formed out of extruded Aluminium finished in a minimum of 60 microns powder coating. All metal surface to be finished in approved colour powder coating to a thickness of 60 microns. The coating shall be abrasion, chemical, impact and stain resistant. The metal surfaces shall be washable and shall meet all ASTM norms. Table tops 600mm wide to be made of 25mm thick pre-laminated MDF Board of approved shade and edge shall be lipped using approved 2mm thick PVC matching colour edge binding as indicated in the drawing. Every two workstations to have side panel above onboth the ends.Each workstation to have table top storage as privacy panel and modesty panel partition panel above table top in main spine to be formed out of 12mm thick MDF boards/soft board/tack board covered in approved fabric wrapped over sponge felt on left hand side and writing board on the right hand side with powder coated trims. The partition panels below table top shall be formed 2 nos of 250mm ht.x 75mm thick raceway and modesty panel below the table top finished in approved powder powder coating below table top. The workstation to have sliding writing board as per the drawing size:1200mmW x 1200mm D x 1200mm ht.(ADR NO-2929, i no- 25,date-02-11-2023)

002 - Providing, fabricating and fixing wooden partition frame work consisting of 50mm x 50mm sal wood frame work at spacing not exceeding 600mm c/c fixed to the bottom and wall surface, the partition shall be skinned on both sides using 12 mm thick commercial plywood of approved brand termite proof and water resistance, and top covered with 4 mm thick approved quality veneer glass panel of 5.5 mm thick plane glass fixed in 10 mm thick wooden beading at top partition 0.3mm depth finishing,complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment complete as per the directions of the engineer incharge of the work.
