I.No. 15.8 - Old Terrace Screed Repair with UV Resistant Waterproof coating. Providing and Applying high elastic & resilient Acrylic polymer Waterproofing coating which is a single component, cold applied, water-based acrylic and UV resistant waterproofing treatment to the Existing Roof screed surface applied @ 1.5 l/m2 in 3 coats to achieve 1mm DFT, having tensile strength 1.2 N/mm2 confirming to ASTM D 412; Elongation at break 100% and Crack bridging ability up to 2 mm, including surface preparation, priming the surface with 1 coat of Efflorescence resistant penetrating primer dilute with water in the ratio 2:1 spreading at the rate of 0.125 l/m2 in the SSD condition and spreading 45 gsm glass fibre mesh of 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm sandwiched between the first and second coat completely as per specification. The finished cost includes surface preparation, making coving at the Junction, and treatment of cracks completely as per specification ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 20.5 - Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 19.12.1 - Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 11.5.1 - Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in Charge. ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 2.1.3 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Mix 1:3:6 Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 9.17.2 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete size tiles 600x600 mm ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 8.51 - Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 8.39 - Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 8.31 - Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives with pure Acrylic Resin, UV resistant, dirt & pick up resistant, Alkali & Water resistant of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engine ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 13.48 - Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain waterpipesconforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ringconforming to IS : 5382, leaving10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes 100 mm diameter ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.

I.No. 8.54 - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete. Spec. 6.8 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge ---- with all lead, lifts, loading, un-loading charges, including cost of all materials, cost of labour, HoM all Machineries, transportation of all materials and machineries to site of work, labour, incidental and equipment charges, etc., complete as per specification and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work.
