Data Rate-1 - Bench & Desk for Class Room: Supply, delivery and assembling Bench & desk unit of size 1800 mm as shown in the drawing with the following specifications: The overall dimensions should be of size 1800 mm X 895 mm X 750 mm. The Plywood panel for Desk (1800 x378 x18mm), Seat (1800x335x25mm) and Back (1800x265x18 mm) should be made of both side 0.8 mm thick Pre- Laminated Sheet confirming to IS 10701: 2012, The edges should be rounded duly sealed with 2mm thick 18 mm & 25 mm wide hot pressed PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) beading. And fixed to the understructure supporting the ply wood sheet with power driven 16 mm screws to the square tubes. The understructure should be made of 25.0 mm square tube 1.6 mm thick powder coated ERW (Electrical Resistant Welded) frames at base which should be welded to the desk and seat supports that are made of 1.0 mm thick powder coated 27.5 mm X 25.4 mm C channel frame sections. (3) Vertical frames at base and back of seat made of 25.0 mm sq tube x 1.6 mm thick powder coated ERW tubes should be provided with 25 mm sq tubes Stiffeners between them fixed with threaded screws. These frames, legs & open ends should be closed with PVC caps. The storage shelf closed on three sides should be made from 0.8 mm thick powder coated MS sheet affixed with self thread screws below the desktop and the frame supporting to the desk top. Hooks made from 6.0 mm dia. MS rods should be provided on either side of the vertical frame of the desk, for hanging bags/ bottles. All wooden panels shall be half rounded at corners. Steel used should confirm to IS 513. The legs shall be provided with PVC bushes Steel used should undergo pre treatment process as per IS 3618-1996 All structural steel fabricated components requiring welding are spot welded and finished with Epoxy polyester powder coating DFT(Dry Film Thickness) of 45 microns as per IS101. The total cost of Unit shall include cost of all materials, manufacture, transportation to site, assembling at site including loading, unloading and assembling charges at different floor levels of the building, etc., complete for finished item of work. The item shall carry a warranty period of 1 Year (12 months) from the date of supply.(Data Rate Approved Vide Ltr No)

Data Rate-2 - Table for class.Supply, delivery and assembling Tables at site as shown in the drawing with the following specifications: The overall dimension should be 900 mm x 590 mm x 740 mm. The table top has to be made of 18 mm thick plywood, Single side 0.8 mm thick Pre-Laminated sheet, 18 mm thick Plywood confirming to IS 10701: 2012, of approved quality and shade. fixed to under structure C-frame of size 840 mm x 530 mm made of Cold Rolled Close Annealed (CRCA) MS sheet 0.9 mm thick and fixed with power driven 16 mm long 12mm dia screw. The edges should be rounded duly sealed with 2mm thick 18 mm wide hot pressed PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) beading. The understructure should have an all round supporting C-Frame of section 27.5 X 25.4 mm. The legs for table should be made of tubular frame of MSERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Square Tube of size 25 mm, 1.2mm thick and at the bottom legs shall be stiffened in shorter direction and at the center with 25 mm, 1.2mm thick MSERW square tube. Modesty panel of 600 mm height from top of the table with 1.0 mm thick (Cold Rolled Close Annealed) CRCA MS (Mild Steel) sheet. The legs shall be provided with PVC bushes. Steel used should undergo pre treatment process as per IS 3618 - 1996 All steel structural fabricated components requiring welding are spot welded and finished with Epoxy polyester powder (EPP) coating DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of 45 microns as per IS101.Steel used shall conform to IS513/1510748 /1S7138. The total cost of Unit shall include cost of all materials, manufacture, transportation to site, assembling at site including loading, unloading and assembling charges at different floor levels of the building, etc., complete for finished item of work. The item shall carry a warranty period of 1 Year (12 months) from the date of supply, affixed with self thread screws below the desktop and the frame supporting to the desk top. Data Rate-3 - Supply, delivery and assembling at site Slotted Angle Racks of 1800 mm Height.The panel of size 750mm x 450mm made of 2.1mm thick MS sheet (IS 513D) with frame made out of slotted angles of size 40x40x2mm. The Angles shall be in a single piece of length 1800mm, without joints and shall confirm to IS: 5986 (ST 42). The slotted angle frame should be stiffened with side diagonal stiffeners of slotted angle 40x40x2mm fixed with hexagonal head 16 x 1.5 mm GI nut and bolts. Steel used should undergo pre treatment process as per IS 3618-1996.On both sides Epoxy Polyester powder coating of BS Grey color and shade shall be applied to all components with an average dry film thickness of not less than 45 microns. The total cost of Unit shall include cost of all materials, manufacture, transportation to site, assembling at site including loading, unloading and assembling charges at different floor levels of the building, etc.,complete for finished item of work.
