B . Providing MS Grill Protection of all windows of all the floors & Protection at Parapet walls Providing and fixing MS grills to the windows with 10 mm square bars welded at 100 mm c/c made in frame of 30 x 3mm MS flats, applying a coat of primer all complete as per the requirement of each window dimension complete in all respects as per the direction and to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge

C. Providing New MS Grill Gate at Third Floor Entrance Providing and fixing MS grilled door on staircase opening at Third floor with main angle frame of 50 x 50 x 6mm size fixed firmly to the wall with rawl plugs or as directed by engineer in charge as per drawing and dimensions as directed by the engineer in charge. The grilled door panel is to be fabricated with 10 mm square bars welded to 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle frame with locking arrangements like MS aldrops, tower bolts etc all complete with a coat of steel primer complete as directed by the engineer in charge. Door payment will be made in kgs including aldrops, tower bolts and other locking arrangements. (Door size approximately: 7.5feet X 3.5feet). Note: 1) For one window hinged openable grill of size 0.40 Metre X 0.90 Metre is to be fabricated for which payment will be paid on weight basis only. 2) For grills which are to be fixed on the roof for barricading, one no. openable wicket gate is to be fabricated with hinges etc for which payment will be made on weight basis only.

D. Staircase Hand Rail Height Extension Work at all floors Dismantling the existing MS hand rail (50 mm Dia) of staircase by cutting at Vertical supports to the hand rail (40 mm Dia MS pipe vertical supports).

Extension of staircase vertical MS pipe supports (40mm / 50mm diameter) by 400 mm approximately by welding to the already existing MS pipe and fixing the MS handrail pipe already dismantled by welding to the extended vertical support making line and level perfectly as per the directions of the engineer in charge including applying a coat of steel primer complete in all respects.)

E. Providing Staircase Hand Rails & Vertical Support rails near Ground Floor UPS control room Providing Staircase Hand Rails & Vertical support rails of different Dia & lengths as per the measurement taken as follows a) 50 mm - 4.14 Metre b) 40 mm - 6.93 Metre & c) 25 mm - 8.28 Metre - MS Pipe - Medium class (B Class)

F. Modification and Strengthening work of Main Entrance Gate Cutting MS square bars from the top of the main gate panels and replacing the same with 600mm square bars with design at the top as shown in the drawing by welding to the top of the gate to make aesthetically pleasing all complete with a coat of steel primer complete as directed by the engineer in charge. (32nos square bars of each gate are to be cut and replaced with 20 mm square bars as per the drawing).

Supplying and fixing 1.6mm thick MS sheet of size approximately 2 Meter X 1.8 Metre by welding to the main entrance gates. The steel sheet is to be welded to the main gate frame smoothly and if required additional flats of 50 X 3 mm thick are to be used for support as directed by the engineer in charge complete in all respects with a coat of steel primer. (Payment will be made in weight as per the actual finished work. Wastages will not be paid).

G. Providing Fire Retardent Doors at Emergency Exits at all floors Dismantle the existing doors at Ground, First & Second Floors and replacing with Fire retardent doors

Supplying and fixing steel doors with frames fabricated from 1.6 mm thick galvanized sheet (The frame shall be filled with mineral wool insulation of density min 96kg / m³ finiished with a scratch resistant PU coating) and double rebated and 43 mm thick shutter made from 1.25 mm thick galvanized sheet with mineral wool core finished with scratch resistant PU coating. All hardware fittings shall be of DORMA make, like SS ball bearing hinges 3 nos for each shutter ( 3.4mm thick ) Mortise sash lock with stain less steel lever handle (model LT 001). Door stopper shall be of make or equivalent price band, all complete as directed by the engineer in charge.Door sizes approximately as per below:0.96 Metre X 2.00 Metre (single leaf door)1.22 Metre X 2.05 Metre (Double leaf door)0.96 Metre X 2.05 Metre (single leaf door)(Agency should take measurements before manufacturing the door and test certificate complying IS requirements needs to be submitted before payment).
