Providing, supplying and laying not less than 125 mm thick Stone Soling below floor, foundations bed, plinth level etc. using hard, durable & approved quality stones, rubbles, filling Interstices using small size stones, stone chips, murrum & watering [to fill up all gaps] etc. including preparation of base properly, levelling, dressing & hand ramming , compaction; providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform/ ladder wherever required, collecting& disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area, etc. at all locations etc. all complete as per specifications, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in plinth with approved quality of earth such as red murrum from the borrow pits identified by Engineer-in-charge, lead upto 2000 m from the work spot, in layers not exceeding 200 mm thick, compaction of each deposited layer using hand /steel rammer/ roller with proper watering up to all lifts etc., collecting & disposing the construction debris, surplus soil & unwanted materials from the place of work etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of grade not less than M15 using aggregates size of 20mm or less, clean, crushed, well graded, hard, durable and of approved quality for foundations, plinth, bedding, platform, pathways & all other miscellaneous PCC works including preparation of base by hand ramming, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compacting, levelling, finishing, curing, providing & removing necessary formwork, providing and removing necessary staging/platform/ladder wherever required etc., collecting & disposing generated waste & construction waste etc. away from the premises & cleaning the work area etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted excluding formwork rate. Formwork shall be paid in relevant item. 2. Approved brand of cement shall only be used.

Providing and laying RCC of grade not less than M35 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, grade slabs, Chajjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walk ways and all other miscellaneous in-situ concrete works etc. including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete & plastered surfaces, mechanical mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction by using vibrators suiting to site condition and work requirement, levelling, finishing & curing at all locations & lifts / heights, as directed and providing & fixing platform wherever required, cleaning the work area & disposing the waste / unwanted materials outside the periphery of the work premises, etc. all complete as per drawings and specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Reinforcement and formwork shall be paid in the relevant item. 2) The quoted rate shall include the cost of carrying out Mix-Design for M35 grade of concrete.

Providing and laying Steel Reinforcement of grade Fe-500 / Fe-500 D HYSD bars of all diameters meeting all the requirements of IS:1786 [latest edition] of brand approved by EIC including removing loose scales, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks, providing, fixing, & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required, cleaning the work area, disposing of waste materials / debris etc. outside the periphery of work premises, etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts /heights.

Providing, placing and removing Formwork for all In-situ Concrete such as foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, slabs, grade slabs, chajjas, lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walk ways, RC bands, and all miscellaneous in-situ concrete works including providing; fixing; & removing necessary supports / staging/ platform / ladder / wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area, at all locations & all lifts/heights etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings (if any) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note: The payment will be made for actual area of formwork in contact with concrete.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with standard quality CC Solid Blocks of standard size 400 X 200 X 200 mm, having crushing strength not less than 4.0 Mpa & density not less than 1800 kg/cum using CM 1:4 for foundation, plinth, drains, walls & repair works etc. & superstructure and all other miscellaneous masonry works for foundation & superstructure etc. including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the masonry joints, & cleaning; providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generating waste & construction waste etc. away from the work premises & cleaning the work area, etc all complete as per specifications, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts/heights.

Providing and laying Internal Cement Plaster not less then 12 mm thick in CM 1:4 to brick masonry/CC block masonary/concrete surface including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and laying External Cement Plaster 18 mm thick in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5 & finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1:3 (sponge finished) rubbed perfectly including and providing waterproofing compound as per manufacturer recommendations and curing including providing and fixing with all necessary consumables required over the junction/interface of different material surface such as RCC/Masonry wherever required; including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces & cleaning including removal of generated construction waste out of site at all locations & lifts / heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, applying, finishing with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade of approved brand and manufacture, as per manufacturer’s recommendations including surface preparations and application of putty (average thickness of 1mm) and one coat of priming coat with primer of approved brand, as per manufacturer’s recommendations including providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, at all locations and at all lights/heights, preparation of base properly / neatly etc complete, cleaning the work area by collecting & stacking the construction waste / debris & unwanted materials away from the place of work (outside the building) etc. all complete as per paint manufacturers specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Two coat applied, coverage as given by manufacturer over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied, coverage as given by manufacturer with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour including removal of generated construction waste out of site at all locations & lifts / heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 mm x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of standard size as suggested by manufacturer spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of standard size as suggested by manufacturer, 1200 mm long spaced between main ’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and of standard size as suggested by manufacturer, to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to form grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of standard size as suggested by manufacturer, with the help of suitable means at suitable spacing as suggested by manufacturer and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including, cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of appropriate size fixed to ceiling, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of appropriate size, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T sections shall be pre-painted with appropriate paint (if required based on site condition), for all heights, including fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, complete all as per standard & manufacturer’s specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all locations and at all lifts & height.

Providing, Fabricating & erection of all Structural Steel work for purlins, rafters, horizontal / vertical / cross members, columns, beams, trusses, windows & doors frames & shutters, grills, gates, rollers, hinges, handles etc. and all other fabrication works including providing standard MS Steel Sections which are required for executing this work and fixing / erecting with site welding the same in position to true line, level & plumb along with preparation of base, providing & painting One Coat of approved Zinc Phospate Primer / Red Oxide Primer of 1st quality & of standard make and Two Coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint, of standard make, of shade / colour [as per site requirement & as selected by engineer-in-charge], all including and providing, fixing, & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required, cleaning the work area, disposing of waste materials / debris etc. outside the periphery of work premises, at all locations & lifts /heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: All materials shall be conforming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition.

Providing, supplying and installing Anchor Bolts of Grade not less than 4.6 grade along with 2 number of Nuts of Grade not less than 4.6 grade for each bolt of appropriate size suiting to bolt size with anchorage at base of the bolt using MS steel plate of size not less than 150mm X 150mm X 20mm, including the grouting of surrounding of the bolt and wherever necessary using high strength grout, all including protective coating/paint for exposed portion of the bolts and nuts, and providing, fixing, & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required, cleaning the work area, disposing of waste materials / debris etc. outside the periphery of work premises etc., at all locations & lifts /heights etc. all complete as per drawings/specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: 1. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of Nut, bolts and anchor plate. 2. Base plate of the column/pedestal and high strength grout will be paid in relevant items.

GROUT/ DRY PACK: Supplying and placing of normal free flow grout/dry pack at all places below equipment base plate, structural steel base plates/ bearing plates, surrounding anchor bolts, pockets and other areas, including preparation of surface, roughening of concrete surface by chipping, equipments, shuttering, scaffolding, labour, compacting, curing, finishing etc. all complete by using approved cementitious ready mix non-shrink grouting compound of compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/sq.cm as per drawings, at all locations/lifts including disposal of generated waste away from site etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, laying and fixing Plain or curved Galvalume sheets [Aluminium – Zinc Steel sheet (Galvalume Base) 55% aluminium, 43% zinc, 1.60 % Silicon] for roofing, ridges & cladding etc, with trapezoidal profile not less than 0.45 mm thick, Length and Width of sheets as per site requirement or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including providing & fixing necessary self drilling screws/ self tapping screw with washers, Galvalume sheets shall be of shade/colour [as per site requirement & as selected Engineer-in-charge] and of standard make, preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, complete all as per standard & manufacturer’s specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all locations and at all lifts & height. NOTE: Wastage occured at site due to irregular profile will not be paid seperately, quoted rate shall be inclusive of wastage.

Providing and fixing Galvalume Gutter of overall girth not less than 600mm and width not less than 150 mm, thickness not less than 0.45 mm including making necessary connections with rain water pipes including necessary consumables, bolts, self driving/self tapping screw, nuts and washers etc. and tools & tackles required for the job at all locations and at all lifts/heights etc. preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes/downcomer pipes of diameter not less than 100mm, including jointing with seal ring to the gutter, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, with all fittings and fixtures and ensuring smooth functioning at all locations and at all lifts/heights, providing; fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows(2 track/3 track/4 track Windows), ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make, fixing with fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For Fixed Portion: Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications. NOTE: Glass and particle board to be paid separately in relevant item.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board of Grade l Type ll as per IS 12823, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. Complete as per drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge: Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste away from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. all complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Clear Glass (weight not less than 10kg/ m²) for Windows, Ventilators, Partitions, doors & other openings etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Glass shall be of make of 1st quality and free from all defects, cutting to required shape & size as per site requirement, preparation of base, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste away from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specifications, drawings [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and fixing Aluminium Turbo ventilator complete as per technical specifications Non Power Driven with thickness not less than 1.3mm and number of vanes not less than 38 & turbine doom thickness 1mm and total weight not less than 6kg for Industrial use for area upto 100m2 for Industrial use at all locations and lift, including disposal of generated construction waste etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 L per 50 kg of cement or as specified by the manufacturer’s specifications including required ramming, finishing smooth, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out masonry joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specifications, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing, laying & fixing 2 mm thick PVC flooring sheets of approved make, shades, colour & pattern with necessary adhesive of approved quality & shall be used (as per site requirement or directed by Engineer-In-Charge), including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting and disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc., complete as per standard & manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lift.

Repainting on steel structure with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old/existing work as per specifications including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, complete all as per standard & manufacturer’s specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all locations and at all lifts & height.

Construction of Sub-Grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads including transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope & camber and compacted to modified proctor density [relative compaction not less than 97% of max. lab dry density as per IS 2720 (Part 8), latest revision] as directed by engineer and as per techncial specification (including cost of earth, watering charges & compaction) collecting & disposing the construction debris, surplus soil & unwanted materials from the place of work etc. all complete as per technical specifications, drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant or manual mix with the approval of Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers with paver on well prepared sub base surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve dry density as directed by engineer and as per techncial specification.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 14:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 140 Kg/cum, concrete strength not to be less than 7 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Constructing un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement Pavement Quality Concrete for pavements using M40 Grade concrete over a prepared Sub base with OPC not less than 420 Kg/m3, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching plant/mixing machine as per approved mix design transported to site, laid using formwork, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures, curing compound, separation membrane of impermeable plastic sheet of 125 micron, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing/site requirement and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
