Providing and Fixing 610 mm dia / 750 mm dia. GI punched tape Concertina Coil [of reputed brand / make and of superior 1st quality and confirming to relevant BIS specification of latest edition] over 'Y' shape posts and with providing & fixing 4 mm dia. GI wire including providing and tying using 'J' clips and tying with suitable gauge GI wire [ J clips and GI wire shall be of suitable gauge, of standard make] at regular interval by maintaining the proper & required pitch distance [each coil weight shall not be less than 6.70 Kgs. Solid Blocks of size 400 X 200 X 200 mm / 300 X 200 X 200 mm, having crushing strength not less than 45 Kgs/cm2 and confirming to the BIS 2185 part-I of the latest edition, in CM 1:5 for foundations, trenches, walls, drains, plinths and all other miscellaneous masonry works etc. including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 3000 to 4000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, plinth works including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded crushed hard stone aggregate compacted Wet Mix Macadam conforming to Table 400-12 and Table 400-13 of MORTH Fifth Revision and as per technical specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform thickness with paver in base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonnes to achieve the desired density in stages to proper grade and camber etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, as per drawing(s) [if any] and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for RCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing, placing and removing form work for all in - Situ concrete works including providing, fixing & removing centering, staging, platform, cleaning the work area, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto lead of 2000 - 3000 meters from place of work etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights. NOTE: Measurement shall be made for formwork in contact with concrete surface.

Providing and laying approved make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement bars of all dia meters confirming to grade D-500 of IS:1786 [latest edition] including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable guage soft annealed binding wire for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly], providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying Internal/external Cement Plaster, 15 mm thick, in CM 1:5 to the masonry & concrete surfaces etc., rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying External Cement Plaster, 18 mm thick, in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5 & finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1:3 [sponge finished] with Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound [confirming to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2 % by the weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer] to the Masonry surfaces & concrete surfaces etc. rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the adjoining masonry joints & cleaning, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and applying One Coat of Interior Grade Primer of asian paints / berger paints / ICIC dulux of approved quality [Primer shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition] and Two Coats of Interior Grade Acrylic Plastic Emulsion Paint, of asian paints [Such as Premium Emulsion] / berger pains [Such as Rangoli] / dulux paint [Such as Super Smooth] / nerolac paints [Such as Beauty Gold], of approved shade / colour, over the interior surface of newly / old plastered concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces, including providing & applying Two Coats of Acrylic wall care Putty for entire surface, preparation of surfaces by sand papering properly before application of putty; primer & paint. Providing and applying One Coat of Exterior Grade Primer of asian paints / berger pains / dulux Paint / nerolac paints and Two Coats of Exterior Grade weather & water Proof Paint, of asian paints [Such as Apex Altima] / berger pains [Such as weather coat alguard] / ICI dulux paint [Such as weather shiedmax] / nerolac paints [Such as Excel Total], of approved shade / colour for New / old Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including providing & filling Creack Sealing Compound [of approved make & quality] in the cracks, preparation of surfaces by sand papering & Pressured Water Jet machine, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of creack sealing compound; primer, paint & creack sealing compound shall be confirming relevant BIS specification, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and applying One Coat of Aluminium Paint of Asian [such as Three Mangoes] / Berger [such as Super Aluminium] / Dulux [such as Super Synthetic] / Nerolac / Equivalent including cleaning the surfaces, removing rusted particles, providing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and fixing in position factory made, FRP, Door Shutters made out of fibre glass reinforced plastic sheets having over all thickness not less than 2.00 mm [with a tolerance of ± 0.2 mm]. The shutter shall have outer wooden frame made out of 65 mm wide X 30 mm thick well seasoned hard wood and also with vertical, horizontal, middle & locking rails to mount the hardware & fixtures. The door surface further to have depressed mould design with special impression of wood veins of tan [brown] colour. The infill shall be with polyurethane thermo coal dipped in resin / non-decaying type layers of cardboards dipped in resin. The entire shutter shall have glossy polish with with IS specification including providing & fixing [to each shutters] One number of 250 mm long &16 mm dia. Aldrop, One number of 200 mm long & 10 mm dia. Tower Bolt; One number of 150 mm long & 10 mm dia. Engaging JCB for removal & disposal of road side collapsed soil / earth; stone boulders; wooden logs; dried trees & other unwanted materials / things which are making obstruction for free movement of men & vehicles etc., cleaning of existing drains for free flow of rain water, formation of new drains for free flow of rain water and other miscellaneous works etc, including hire charges of JCB; operator wages; JCB maintenance charges; cost of diesel & lubricants and tool & tackles etc, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Supply and Fixing in position approved quality Stainless Steel of Grade-304 for handrails/other areas as directed using SS pipes/tubes/balls etc including chasing the walls/floor for Fixing in position and filling the area by cement concrete 1:2:4, finishing with cement plaster in CM 1:4 ,work shall be executedn work men like manner, providing, fixing and removing necessary staging / platform, all materials shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition, collecting & disposing the generated waste & dead debris etc. up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters from the place of work and cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing, fabricating and fixing in position Pre-Coated Aluminum Composite Panels of superior 1st quality, of colour / shade [as per site requirement & as selected by engineer-in-charge] with exterior grade coating and 4 mm. thickness (TCT) using powder coated “JINDAL” or Hidalco” make Aluminum extruded sections as base grid frame mounted on anti corrosive treated SS brackets including fixing the panels, tray type and sealing with down corning make weather sealant structural silicon sealant with necessary masking to the panels, work shall be executed work men like manner, providing, fixing and removing necessary staging / platform, all materials shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition, collecting & disposing the generated waste & dead debris etc. up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters from the place of work and cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying 40 mm. thick Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 / 12 mm. & down size, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction, laying in bays to proper line; slope or level etc. using 6 mm. thick plane glass dividing strips for flooring, steps, landings & ramps including smooth finish ,providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, colleting & stacking the generated waste / dead debris up to a lead of 2000 to 3000 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & all lifts / heights.

Providing, fixing / placing in position Rotary Press; Heavy Duty; Anti skid; 5Star; Paver Blocks of 55 mm thick [of standard size & in colour combination of terracotta & black and as selected by engineer-in-charge] of standard make & of 1st quality. Paver blocks compressive strength shall not be less than 300 Kg/Sqcm and manufactured as per IS 15658-2006, Paver shall be laid over well Saturated 50 mm. thick River Sand / MS and bedding including preparation of base by proper dressing / leveling and ramming [using Plate Vibrator to have uniform surface and to get the required line & level / gradient, camber] the base with proper watering, the gaps shall be filled with fine sand, ramming top surface of pavers using Plate Vibrator to have uniform surface and to get the required line & level / gradient & camber, collecting & disposing the generated waste, construction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.
