Clearing and mopping of all floors by mechanized means (except toilet blocks, Doctors room, OT & Labs) on Daily basis (Excluding Sundays, Second Saturdays & NPCIL holidays) and as and when required basis by providing and using Single Phase Automatic walk behind floor scrubber of approved make with moping attachment and drier as per ANNEXURE-C specifications along with floor cleaning agents/sanitizer of approved brand mixed in water with recommended proportion, spaying air freshener in all office rooms, doctors room etc., including providing necessary men & material with all cleaning aids like, liquid soap/approved Liquid disinfectant surface cleaner,brooms, floor moping sticks, moping cloths, buckets, brush, choke removers, mugs etc.,as per ANNEXURE-B for the satisfactory execution of the item etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all heights. The cost is inclusive of all consumables hire charges of equipments engaged for the work. Note: a) The entire lobby, passages, wards, and areas like OPD, passages near counters and entrance shall be cleaned on daily basis. b)Each operation mean deploying of 01 (one) numbers of suitable worker with safety gears like uniform, Safety shoes, ID Card etc., for operation of machine.

Daily Sweeping & Mopping of the areas wherever required, Monthly once Heavy duty cleaning, de-dusting, cobwebs removal, cleaning of lift/elevator car/elevator pit & motor room and Toilet blocks on daily basis as directed by KGS Hospital authorities Including internal walls, staircases, handrails, furnitures, black boards, notice boards, glasses of windows, window frames ventilators, all doors with shutters, circulating spaces, ceilings, cleaning of toilets, wash basin and urinals , cleaning of elevator and all electrical fixtures etc., for KGS Hospital, including providing all necessary scaffolding, consumables, soap solution, Liquid disinfectant surface cleaner, cleaning aids like brooms, dusters, mopping cloth, mop stick, buckets, telescopic cob web removal brush, collecting trays as per ANNEXURE-B or any other appliances and consumables as directed by EIC, for satisfactory execution of above mentioned work and disposal of debris wastes dust etc., to nearby dustbins provided within the vicinity etc., complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge at all locations and at all heights. The contractor has to arrange for placing minimum 4 nos of approved brand Naphthalene balls or 1 no of colored scented naphthalene ball on weekly basis in all the urinals, wash basins and trap jalleys as directed by EIC. Note: a) The cost is inclusive of carrying out mass cleaning of entire building, all rooms electrical fixtures, cob web removal etc., in general areas (Excluding external surface). b) Each operation mean deploying of 04 (Four) numbers of suitable workers for housekeeping works & 01 (one) numbers of worker for toilets cleaning jobs with safety gears like uniform, Safety shoes, ID Card etc.,

Carrying out bio waste collection and segregating the wastes complete as per specification and as directed by KGS Hospital authorities and Engineer-In-Charge at KGS Hospital Kaiga Township,Mallapur. Any other work as directed by KGS Hospital authorities and Engineer-In-Charge at all locations. Note: Each operation mean deploying of 03 (THREE) numbers of suitable worker (Excluding Sundays,Second Saturdays & NPCIL holidays) with safety gears like uniform, Safety shoes, ID card etc,.
