PART - A "Civil works " Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Foundation works below plinth beam. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticizers laid in finished layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including all lead & lifts, including providing fixing and removing shuttering, scaffolding, staging etc, including cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm and down size graded rushed coarse aggregates. Note: Quoated rate shall include on the cost of shuttering, scaffolding, staging etc, and no seperate payment shall be made for the same.

The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. Note :Quoated rate shall include on the cost of shuttering, scaffolding, staging etc and no seperate payment shall be made for the same.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and laying 65 to 100mm size granite soling stones of approved quality & size for flooring base including preparation of base properly by leveling dressing & hand ramming using hand rammer with watering, providing & filling interstices using small sized stones / chips, providing & spreading binding materials such as murrum / gravel with proper watering, collecting & disposing the generated waste, from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing Brick work with common burnt clay Non Modular bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x200x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:6 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing 6 mm cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on concrete surface / ceilings including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge..

PART - A "Civil works " Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing 18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, finished rough with sponge to brick masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including ,cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial GI steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer- in-charge: Profile E Fixing with carbon steel galvanised dash fastener of required dia and size including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and fixing flush door shutter made out of solid core block board type, well seasoned , chemicaly treated hard wood battens and internal frame with minimum 45 mm wide wooden frame alround door shutters covered with cross bonded wooden sheets (core veneer) hot pressed and fastened on both sides of the door useing liquid phenol formaldehyde resin as per IS specifications 2202 (part-I) 1991. from manufacturer complete as per spcification. 30 mm thick both side commercial.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and fixing Structural Steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing, Fabricating and erecting PRE-GALVANIZED TUBE 120 GSM Grade such as Grills for Windows, Ventilators, sliding gates, Hinged gates, ladders, hand rails ,Truss works & all other miscellaneous structural steel works etc using approved GP tubes 120 GSM grade Hollow tubes. Including collecting, loading / unloading, carriage, fabricating and fixing in position with hold fasts embeding in PCC 1:2:4 [using 20 mm down graded stone aggregates with curing] by chipping the masonry / concrete, preparation of base, finishing the same, curing, aligning the grills to true line, level, plumb, providing & applying metal putty [wherever required], Providing & painting with One Coat of Red oxide Primer / Zinc phosaphate Primer & Two Coats Ist Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint [of Asian / Berger make, of approved shade / colour] on the surfaces of fabricated members, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, manufacturers technical specification, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.[All material shall be of superior 1st quality,standard make and confirming to relavent BIS/ASTM standard specification of latest edition.colour /shade shall be as selected by Engineer-in-charge & as per site requirement.]

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For Fixed Portion: Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage Charges of machinery complete as per specifications.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel/alluminum doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with : 5.5 mm thick glass panes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x600mm with thickness 9-10 mm in size with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.Basic rate of tiles shall not be less than Rs.650/- per Sqm(Including GST)

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as urvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone counters, vanities etc including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. Complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Embossing / Engraving the title of the project in Kannada Script and “NPCIL LOGO " of standard size & shape [to suit structure] on the external plastered surface of the building by using CM 1:3 and painting the same over a Coat of exterior grade primer in contrast with wall Colour.The alphabets of the script and the logo shall be very neat clean and print like finish. The hight of the alphabets shall be 6'' to 8'' and logo shall be in a Square frame of 1.5 feet. The script and the logo shall be traced on the plastered surface with 'computer printed template cut-out ' to get the title very neat clean and print like finish including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and painting the title of the project in Kannada Script and "NPCIL LOGO" using approved paint and shade on the plastered surface of the internal wall of the building by professional painter. The alphabets of the script and the logo shall be very neat clean and print like finish. The hight of the alphabets shall be 6'' to 8'' and logo shall be in a Square frame of 1.5 feet side including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing and fixing, standard quality school Green Board of size 2.5 Mtr X 1.25Mtr, made out of 6mm thick green glass, with alluminium moulded frame of width not less than 20mm in class room walls including fixing firmely using clamps / hooks, nails / screws, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder etc. complete all as per standard specification/ manufacturers specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights. Note: Each board shall be labeled with paint or permenent stickers of NPCIL Logo and script given by the Engineer- in-Charge

PART - A "Civil works " Applying single priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 g/L as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives with pure Acrylic Resin, UV resistant, dirt & pick up resistant, Alkali & Water resistant of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 1.43 L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²) with paint of approved quality to give an even shade, after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Providing , laying and fixing PUFF sheet of 30mm for roof panel baby ribbed finish on inner and outer in plain colour coated Galvalume sheet with free polyutherene foam as the core is ijected between two sheets with highly sophisticated computer controlled foaming machine.Thickness of top sheet should be 0.45mm+/-0.05% as per ISI standard. Thickness of bottom sheet should be 0.35mm+/-0.05% as per ISI standard.Colour of top sheet should be brick red and bottom sheet off white.The density of puff should be 40+/-kg/cm3 confirming to the relavent BIS specification of the latest edition and of approved make, providing, fixing required "J" bolts,self threading screws/bolts etc & providing and removing Staging / platform,at all leads & lifts/heights etc complete, as per attached techanical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

PART - A "Civil works " Proving and fixing mirror polished Inaugural board of Lacared granite stone of 18 to 20 mm thickness in approved size & shape and quality printed with Computerized Script & "NPCIL LOGO" etc., Inaugural board shall be fixed firmely on the surface of the structure as directed including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & heights.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and laying of O.D.20/25 mm of corrugated PVC rigid/flexible conduits in concealed fashion at Ceiling, column and wall with necessary wire pulling or inspection JB, bends etc along with one run of steel wire. All civil works related to wiring installation such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the laying work. The corrugated PVC conduit shall be ISI marked make. The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk All accessories and consumables required for installation are in the scope of contractor to complete the job in all respect.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and pulling of wiring for light/ fan points: Supply and Pulling of concealed 20/25mm corrugated PVC rigid/flexible Conduit and wiring for light points, wired from modular switch control with 3Run of 1.5sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor wire as Phase, Neutral and earth for each fitting taken in 20/25mm PVC pipe complete with accessories. All civil works related to wiring installation such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the wiring work. Every junction an inspection JB with cover must be provided. The 3 core X 0.75 sq.mm copper flexible cable for connection of LED fixtures and fans. The lighting accessories such as ceiling rose, angle/batten holders and required copper lugs are in contractors scope. All wires are of PVC insulated 650/ 1100 volt grade, copper conductor, multi stranded wire confirming to latest IS : 694. All as instructed by the engineer in-charge. The maker of switch, angle holder, adopter, ceiling rose shall BIS approved make.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply, Installation and wiring for 6/16 amps, twin socket modular switch board with the connections. Switch board cover in item no 37.1 .All as instructed by the engineer in charge

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and pulling of wiring for lighting/ power circuits : Wire shall PVC insulated 650 / 1100V grade, copper conductor, multi stranded wire confirming to latest IS: 694. The colour code of wires for phase shall be red and black for neutral. The earth wire shall be of green colour to be laid in installed PVC concealed conduit. The required consumables to complete the job of pulling wires are in the scope of contractor.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply & pulling of 3 run of Wire of(2 run of 2.5 sq mm for Phase and neutral and 1 run of 1.5 sq mm for earth) The wires shall be pulled for main supply from meter board to main switch boards and looping.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply & pulling of 3 run of Wire of(3run of 1.5 sq mm for Phase and neutral and 1 run of 1.5 sq mm for earth) The wires shall be pulled for main supply from Switch board to 10 A switch socket looping and Lighting boards.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of GI Metal box 18 SWG for concealed wiring for fixing modular switches including base frame and cover plate as per technical specification. All civil works related to wiring installatin such as chasing of walls for embedding PVC conduits and necessary rough plastering should be part of the wiring work.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of fan : The make of the fan shall be BIS marked. The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk supply.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of ceiling fan 1200 mm. sweep, 300-375 rpm,230 V, 1 Ph, 50 Hz, AC, brown colour, along with its accessories Item also includes supply of electronic, step type, white colour fan regulators and installing them on Modular switch board.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and Installation of LED fixtures including all accessories with all connections made up to connector. The fixtures shall be installed on the wall/ ceiling by using two number PVC round block and 6mm coach screw for fixing. Necessary connections has to be made and fittings shall be connected by using adaptor with 3C X 0.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, copper conductor cable from nearest ceiling rose / angle holder. (The angle/ pendent holder is covered in item no.34). The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk supply. All as instructed by the engineer in charge and technical specification

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and Installation of 20-22 watt, cool day white, Batten Type , LED fixtures including all accessories with all connections made up to connector.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and Installation of 7watt, LED (Light emitting Diode)lamp, cool day white. ,Base B22,Lumen600,,non dimmable,lifetime 15000hrs with warranty 2 years.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of LED type flood light of 50 W,IP65 Water proof fitting. 100 lumens/Watt Size 188 x 216 x 62 mm(LxBxH)appx.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of plate type earth pit (Confirming to BIS : 3043) with 600mm X 600mm X 6.3mm G.I. plate including all required items such as salt, charcoal etc,. The earth pit shall be of 2.5 meter deep excavated in all type of soil. The plate shall be placed at centre of pit and shall be covered with alternate layer of salt and charcoal. Two number of 50mm X 6mm G.I. flat shall be welded to the plate and brought up to the top of pit. 40mm of medium class G.I. pipe with funnel shall be provided to the full depth of pit for watering. A masonry chamber of 450mm X 450mm (from inside ) with 50mm thick RCC cover with lifting hook shall be provided for earth pit. A G.I wire of 8 SWG shall be connected from earth pit to meter board. All the items to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and providing catnary service connection by using 4.0 sq.mm, 2 run of pvc insulated, pvc sheathed (CTS), aluminium stranded conductor/wire,1100 V,grade, reel insulator and 10 SWG G.I wire. The required accessories such as GI wire, hardwares, binding wire, reel insulators etc to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of metal meter board (size 45cmx30 cm appx),installed with one number 63 amps fuse unit, one number DP,63 amps, 30 mA sensitivity ELCB (RCCB) 415V. The termination / connection of incoming power service from pole to DB & meter board including earth connection shall be done by contractor. The required accessories such as GI pipe, GI wire, hardwares, GI clamps etc., to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of single phase MCB DB 8 Way,-1 No.The DB Consisting of 1 No DP 25 Amp,, 415 V, MCB and 4 numbers of10 amps, single pole MCB's with concealed mounting type metal enclosure DB. And supply of cable end box 6 way (2 nos) concealed mounting type. The DB shall mount on concealed fashion and the required hardware’s and wall chasing and finishing are in contractors scope. All Lighting Circuit MCB shall connect to change over switch MCB.

PART - B "Electricals" Supply and installation of Plastic cable end box in concealed mounting fashion for Generator set emergency source cable end. The required hardwares and wall chasing and finishing are in contractor’s scope.

PART - B "Electricals" GENERAL NOTE FOR ABOVE ITEMS. 1] work shall be executed as specified in the each item description and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2] Item Description shall be read in conjunction with the Technical specification and, drawing, General conditions of the contract and all other terms & conditions specified in the entire bid document. 3] All the Electrical Fittings, Fixtures & Accessories shall be of relevant ISI/BIS marked products confirming to latest versions. 4] Bidder shall submit detailed product catalogues prior to bulk supply.
