Providing and laying External Cement Plaster 18 mm thick in Two Coats. Base coat shall be 12 mm thick in CM 1:5 & top / finishing coat shall be 6 mm thick in CM 1.3 with Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound [confirning to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2 % by the weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer's to the Masonry surfaces /concrete surfaces of chejjas or other places as directed by engineer, rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish [using rough sponge] including preparation of base by racking out all the masonry joints & close hacking the concrete surfaces for proper bonding, cleaning & washing the base properly with clean water for removal of oil; grease; dust; dirt; algae; fungus; dead / waste mortar or concrete debris & other unwanted matters and base shall be slightly wet and also base shall be fully neat & clean before plastering, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform wherever; as & when directed / required, curing, collecting, stacking generated waste upto a lead of 3000 meters from place of work, cleaning the work area etc., Complete all as per standard technical specification, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all lifts / heights & at all locations.

Providing & laying 20mm thick plaster over roof slab with cement mortar ratio 1:4 with Non-Shrink Water Proofing Compound [confirning to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ 2 % by the weight of cement & polypropylene fibre @ 900 grm. per cum morter as per the recommendation of the manufacturer's technical specifications finishing with cement slurry (2.75 kgs of cement per sqm. of area) & making chequers of size 300x300 mm on top of finished surface.Cement mortar & cement slurry shall be mixed with water prroofing compound at 2% by weight of cement / as per the recommendation of the manufacturer's rubbed perfectly so as to obtain smooth & even finish [using rough sponge] including preparation of base by racking out joints, cleaning, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform collecting, stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work, cleaning the work area etc., Complete all as per standard technical specification or as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all lifts / heights & at all locations.

Providing and Grouting with Non Shrink Polyurethene two component low viscous grout of hydrophobic nature [The maximum viscosity of the grout shall be 2 poise]. The grout shall fill up all inherent holes, honey comb in the concrete, including providing; fixing & removing of 12 mm NRV nozzoles as required, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, cleaning & washing base shall be free from oil, grease, dust, dirt, dead / waste mortar or concrete debris & other unwanted matters] the surface thorougly before & soon after completion of grouting work, collecting, stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 200 meters from the place of work, cleaning the work area etc., Complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all heights & at all locations. Note:a] This item shall be operated for the wall / chejja joints, wall and slab joints and the area wherever required. b] After the completion of work the contractor shall demonstrate the water tightness.

Providing Cement Grouting by suitable & approved means for Arresting Water Leakage through structural joints, honey combs, slab & wall junctions etc., by injection grouting with cement slurry to fill up all inherent holes; in the concrete. including providing; fixing & removing of PVC / metallic nozzles of 8 mm. / 20 mm. dia. and of 150 - 200 mm. long, spacing of nozzles shall be as directed Including providing & removing necessary staging / platform, cleaning & washing the surface thoroughly after completion of grouting work, dry packing of grout holes collecting, stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 200 meters from the place of work,cleaning the work area etc., as per standard procedure complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights.

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 10 mm. & downsize stone aggregates for foundations; plinth; bedding; platform; pathways & all other miscellaneous PCC works including mixing; transporting; laying; spreading; consolidating; leveling; finishing as directed, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork and staging / platform; curing & preparation of base properly collecting, stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 200 meters from the place of work, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts.

Providing and applying One Coat of water based epoxy PU primer and Two or more Coats of Polyurea, Water proofing liquid member of offering Mechanical, Chemical, Thermal, UV & Weather resistant proportion (Asian Paints) including the filling of cracks with smart care non-shrinking repair mortar, Providing, fixing removing staging / platforms, preparation of base properly collecting, stacking the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 km from the place of work, cleaning the work area etc ., complete all as per standard technical specification, as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations, at all heights & lifts.

Providing and applying One Coat of Base coat with Asian Paints Smart Care Damp Proof or any other equilvalent product in other reputed make , fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of crack bridging ability due to elastomeric properties, Reinforced with glass fibers for superior abrasion resistance,high sheen, of approved brilliant white shade [as per site requirement & as selected by engineer-in-charge] for Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including providing & filling Asian Paints Smartcare Textured crackfiller Creack Sealing Compound [or of any othe reputed make equivalant product of superior 1st quality] in the cracks, preparation of surfaces by sand papering & Pressured Water Jet machine, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of creack sealing compound; primer, paint. Primer, Paint & Creack sealing compound shall be confirming relevant BIS specification, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 3000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard &, manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and applying One Coat of Exterior Grade Primer [of superior 1st quality] and Two Coats of Exterior Grade Weather; Water Proof & antifungal Paint [of superior 1st quality]; Such as Apex Altima, weather coat alguard, weather shiedmax & Excel Total etc. ], of approved shade / colour [as per site requirement & as selected by engineer-in-charge] for Surfaces of concrete or masonry wall, RCC members such as columns; beams & other concrete surfaces including providing & filling Creack Sealing Compound [of reputed make & of superior 1st quality] in the cracks, preparation of surfaces by sand papering & Pressured Water Jet machine, cleaning the surface, surface shall be neat; clean & dry before application of creack sealing compound; primer, paint. Primer, Paint & Creack sealing compound shall be confirming relevant BIS specification, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 3000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard &, manufacturers technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and laying Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment with Brunt Brick Bat Coba over Roof Slab using well Brunt Bricks Bat of size 25 mm. to 115 mm., OPC Cement mixed with water proofing compound [confirming to the BIS 2645 of the latest edition] @ rate of 2 % by the weight of cement or as per the manufacturer's specification] and thin Fibre Glass Cloth [of approved brand, quality, flexible uniformly bonded mat composed of chemically resistant borosilicate glass fibre distributed in random open porous structure bonded together with a thermosetting resin] Including preparation of base by roughening the base [when concrete is still green]; base shall be rough; neat; clean [free from oil; grease; dust; dirt; fungus; algae; dead / waste mortar or concrete debris & any other unwanted matters and washed using clean water] & slightly wet before taking / executing the each stages of Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment. Each stages [below specified] of Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment shall be continue upto a height of 300 mm on the parapet wall, pipes & also in the groove Stages in the Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment is as follows, [refer CPWD Technical specification for more detail].a] Preparation of base [base shall be neat; clean 8 slightly wet] for receiving Integral Cement Based Water Proofing Treatment.b] Application of Cement Slurry @ 2.75 kgs / Sqm. area [cement mixed with water proofing compound] - before laying 20 mm. thick cement plaster bedding.c] Laying Cement Plaster bedding of 20 mm. thick in CM 1:5 [cement mixed with water proofing compound] Before laying brick bats.d] Laying [to the required slope / gradient - leaving 15 - 25 mm. gap between two brick bats] well burnt brick bats of size 25-115 mm.; over 20 mm thick green Cement Plaster bedding [immediately on initial set of 20 mm thick Cement Plaster bedding]. Providing & fixing on the wall surface UPVC, 4 kgs., Pressure Pipes of 160 mm dia. with specials [such as Tees; bends; junction with or without doors; flanges and all other required fittings etc.] of Truflo / Ashirwad / Astral / Finolex / Supreme make, for Rian Water, Down Commer Pipes including providiong & fixing necessary clamps [GI clamps of 25 mm. wide x 4 mm. thick] of length [as per site requirement], hard wood packing pieces, PVC solvents, screws / nails, cement & sand etc, providing; fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Rafts, Below grade slab, Lift pits, water retaining structures with fully bonded High Density Polyethlene Membrane (HDPE) of 1.2mm composite thickness and having tensile strength of 25 MPa (as per ASTM D 412), elongation of 500% (as per ASTM D 412), puncture resistance of 1000N (as per ASTM E 154), peel adhesion to concrete 1200N/m (as per ASTM D 903), hydrostatic head resistance 70m (as per ASTM D 5385). The system should be fully bonded to the RCC thereby conforming to IS 16471:2017 requirements of UG waterproofing structures. The membrane should beminimum 2.4m wide to reduce the number of joints with minimum 75mmfactory made selvedge’s and comprising of an HDPE layer and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer which is covered by a weather proof protective and trafficable granular layer to protect self-adhesive polymer layer, etc, including surface preparation completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment to the Water tanks & Liquid Retaining structures with two component acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing membrane with minimum elongation of 50% applied @ 1.5 kg/m2 for internal side waterproofing in two layers with waiting period of 4-6 hrs per layer and food grade epoxy coating in two coats certified by CFTRI Mysuru, including surface preparation completely as per specification & with a 10 years warranty on product & work from certified manufacturers as per the direction of the Engineer In charge.
