Removal of Existing FRP / Flush Shutters with frame, fittings & depositing in Sectional Civil store at township; Mallapur. Providing and Fixing 18mm thick BWR ISI marked plywood for bed size of 0.9x1.8 (Approximately) cut into size including all wastage & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 3000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

Providing and fixing Wardrobe Shutters using 19mm thick water proof plywood with 12 mm thick teak wood lipping alround exposed surface ,0.8mm thick laminate on external surfaces and one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint on internal surfaces. The each shutter shall be provided with hardware fixtures like 125mm grip SS Door handles, 3 nos of SS Hinges, multipurpose locks of approved make etc., complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

Providing and applying One Coat of Red Oxide Metal Primer [suitable for synthetic enamel Paint] of Asian / Berger / Dulux / Nerolack and one Coats of First Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint [approved shade / colour] of Asian [such as Premium Hi Gloss] / Berger [such as Luxol Hi Gloss] / Dulux [such as Super Synthetic] / Nerolack [such as Synthetic], including clening the surfaces, removing rust particales incuding applying metal putty wherever required, providing staging / platform, collecting, disposing the debris / unwanted materials upto a lead of 200 meters out side the periphery of the work premises, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specifications, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.
