Supplying and fixing of PVC heavy gauge pipe of size 2” dia with bends, couplings and accessories complete.

Fabrication, supplying and erection of 8 mtr long hot dip Galvanized Octagonal hot dip pole with BSEN 10025 grade S355 JO steel plate for shaft, IS2062 for base plate with door arrangements, including suitable boards, Bakelite sheet, heavy terminals and 2 nos 6A DP MCBs as per IS specifications suitable to withstand the wind speed of 47 m/s for 8m pole in single section and single joint welded as per IS 9595/IS10178aws having dimensions bottom 135mm, top 70mm with 3mm thick, suitable base plate and 4 nos. of M20x750mm long J bolts along with template and the pole shall be hot dip galvanized in single dipping with not less than 65micron as per ASTM-A123 and 153 etc. (As per Technical Specification)

Supplying and fixing of hot dip Galvanized M.S. bracket suitable for out door luminaries and mounted on Octagonal pole using necessary bolts, nuts etc. complete. a) Single Arm bracket with 1000 mm standard 40mm dia.

Providing foundation for 8 mtrs Octagonal pole with excavation and making of RCC foundation using M20 concrete, steel reinforcement, shuttering complete as per pole suppliers approved foundation drawing or depending upon site condition.

Fixing of LED floodlight fittings over existing pole including clamps, bolts, nuts and wiring complete.

Supplying, fixing and wiring earth electrode for grounding feeder pillar using 40mm dia, 2.90mm thick GI pipe 2.5 mtr long with GI funnel with mesh and suitable size reducer fixed on the top of electrode. The funnel should be enclosed in a cc chamber of 400 x 400 x 400mm with a cast iron cover.the earth electrode shall have staggered holes of 12mm dia and the electrode should be covered 150mm alround with alternate layers of salt and charcoal from the bottom of the CC chamber.

Supplying and laying of 3C x 2.5 sqmm PVC insulation, sheathed flexible multi core copper cable from marshalling box to the fittings.

Supplying and fixing of 25watt LED Post Top lantern fitting with suitable arrangement for fixing of fitting to the pillar of the Gate etc. complete.

Supply and installation of outdoor type Thermoplastic modular panel enclosure with transparent polycarbonate lid, shock proof, water proof IP65 having internally embedded gasket on both lid and flap with suitable hinged flapfor operating and wiring with 16/10sqmm copper wire, termination of wire with lugs, SS bolts, nuts and consisting of following components. 1. 600 x 600 x 170 mm –1no. 2. 40A TPN MCB – 4 nos 3. 25x3mm Copper Bus bar – 1mtr 4. Elmex CBT 110 connectors—16 nos.
