Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building, Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/ trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications including providing and removing formwork, centering & scaffolding. Size of Tile 600x600 mm.

Providing and laying flooring and steps fine machine polished anti-skid granite stone slabs 20 mm thick of any colour with half rounding the edges wherever necessary on cement mortar bed 1:6, 20 mm thick, and joints finished with cement mortar 1:3 over existing cement concrete bed, including cost of materials, mortar, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying Anti carbonation coating with following procedure 1. SURFACE PREPARATION 1.Existing Surface. It is essential that Anti carbonation coating is to be applied on sound clean and dry surface. Any laitance, algae should be removed by water jetting. Any damaged areas or surface irregularities should be repaired with suitable Krack fill paste. 1.1 PRIMING COAT : Priming is recommended on porous substates. Dilute Anti carbonation coating with upto 20% by volume of clean water and apply by brush, roller or airless spray at a nominal rate of 6 to 8 Sqmt/kg. allow to dry prior to apllication of two full coats of Anti carbonation coating (Undiluted). 1.2 OVERCOAT : Apply Anti carbonation coating (Undiluted) coating by brush, roller or airless spray at a nominal rate of 5.00 sqmt/kg and allow to dry. A second coat may be subsequently applied at the same rate. Rate inclusive of scaffolding and lift charges.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 m²) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 m² to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per m2 as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12m or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing & laying virtual self adhesive prefabricated five layers 1.5mm thick water proofing membrane weighing 1.90kg/Sqmt plus or minus 5% having long fiber 100 gsm non oven polyster mat core with release film on one side, having tensile strength of 250 n/5cm longitudinal 150 n/cm Transverse, Elongation of 30% in both transverse and logitudinal and fillar content not exceeding 50% apply with a coat of cold primer cum bonding adhesive at 0.33kg/sqmt and seal all joints with overlap of 100mm both sides including protection of membrane with UV resistant aluminium paint super silver shield complete as per specification including cost of all materials, labours charges, tools and plants upto a height of 15M and scaffolding, cleaning and washing charges etc. complete as directed by the department (The Warranty Period is five years)
