Up Keeping the cruise passenger lounge, Sweeping the floors, stairs and mezzanine floor inside the cruize lounge, daily using soft brooms, brushes and cleaning the floor with wire clothing of floor mops. Sweeping outside area surrounding the cruise lounge including Electrical / AC control room with hard / coconut brooms and removing the dust / dirt from the hand rails. Water washing inside and outside floors once in a week or a day prior to the data of arrival of cruise ship whichever is earlier. Removing the dust & cob webs from the false ceiling, doors windows, light fittings, ceiling fans, chairs, furniture etc. Daily using suitable tools and climbing arrangements. Wiping the glasses and other fixtures of doors, windows, ventilators, chairs, furniture etc. with wet cloth using suitable brushes and suitable cleaning chemicals. Cleaning the sanitary fittings such as water closets, wash basins, urinals, bath / washing areas using approved cleaning chemicals and applying phenyl or approved germicides and room fresheners. Maintaining the drains, drainage / sewer lines / inspection chambers of the cruise lounge. Maintaining the water supply storage and distribution arrangements including periodical cleaning of sanitary fittings provided in the toilets, bathrooms and wash places of the cruise lounge. Maintaining the flower pots by watering the plants, scrapping and removing waste materials from the top surface and periodical cleaning and all other incidental charges etc. complete for the satisfaction of the department. Deploying one labour / day (Note : Cleaning materials should be supplied by the contractor and only cleaning chemicals will be supplied by the department free of cost).
