Plain Cement Concrete M20 mix: KSRB 4.1-5: Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete of mix M20 with OPC cement at 300 kgs per cum/ with PPC cement, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69cum and fine aggregates at 0.43cum machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick , well compacted, in foundation and plinth, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing complete as per specifications - For Coping/ DPC/ Cill/ foundation - Specification No. 4.1, 4.2

M20 for RCC works: KSRB 4.2.8: Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix - M20 - with OPC cement at 320 kgs/ PPC/ PSC cement with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates at 0.69 cum and clean sieved fine aggregates at 0.46 cum with superplasticizer at 3ltrs conforming to IS 9103 -1999 Reaffirmed-2008,machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for RCC works of all sizes including cost of all materials ,labour HOM of machinery curing complete as per specifications (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges). Design mix test should conform to IS 456:2000 - Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.6. – For lintels/ beams/ similar items

TMT Fe500 steel reinforcement for RCC work: KSRB 4.9.2: Providing TMT steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to adjoining members wherever necessary, all laps and wastage complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labours, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.6.3 - Fe-500 grade TMT steel from the primary producers such as SAIL/ TISCO/ RINL/ IISCO/ VIZAG as approved by the Ministry of Steel shall only be used

Centering for side walls/ column surface: KSRB 4-6.4 - Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for vertical surfaces such as walls of any thickness, including attached pilasters, buttresses plinths and string courses, water tank side walls including cost of all materials, labours complete as per specifications. – Specification No. KBS 4.6.2

Centering for lintels/ beams: KSRB 4-6.7: Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of form work for sides and soffit of beams, beam launchings, cantilever girders, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1m in depth including cost of all materials, labours complete as per specification – For lintels/ beams - Specification No. KBS 4.6.2

External wall plastering: CM 1:6 – 15 mm plastering for stone masonry/ brick masonry: KSRB 15-3.6: Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat with cement mortar 1:6, to stone masonry/ brick masonry using clean sieved approved sand including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labours, coring complete as per specifications – External wall surface

Colour glazed tiles for wall dadooing: Providing and fixing colured glazed tiles of size 300x600mm, 6mm thick- for walls, with borders of size 300x100mm set in CM 1:3, pointed with white cement mixed with matching colour pigment including providing and removing scaffolding wherever necessary, cost of materials, labour, curing, cleaning, HOM of equipments etc. complete as per specification - Naveen/ Kajaria/ Johnson/ Regency/Somany/Nitco or equivalent make

Polished Cudapa slabs (20mm to 30mm thick): Providing and fixing in position 20mm to 30mm thick pre-polished Cudapa slabs (for racks/ platforms) in CM 1:4, including groove cutting in the wall wherever necessary, finishing the groove in CM 1:4 after fixing the slab, including cost of all materials, labour, HOM complete

Anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint: Providing and applying anti-fungal exterior emulsion paint in two finishing coats over a coat of primer of approved make [such as Asian Apex / Sherwin Williams /Berger or any other approved equivalent make] as per manufacture specification to external surface at all levels and heights including all labour, scaffolding, cleaning of paint stains, filling cracks with putty, preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, all lead and lift, painting bands, in different colour/shade, maintaining covering quantity as per manufacture specification etc complete or as directed.

Plastic emulsion painting for wall: Providing and applying painting in two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Royale luxury Emulsion/ Nerolac/ Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent) over one coat wall primer of Asian paints Deco Prime wall primer / equivalent on wall surface to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications

Vitrified tiles for flooring and skirting: Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles of approved make, quality and colour of size 600x600mm, 10mm thick fixed on existing flooring with special adhesive for flooring and skirting, flush pointing with white cement using colour pigment, providing spacers at required intervals, including cost of all materials and labour, removing stains etc. complete for flooring and skirting- Makes: Johnson - Marbonite / Kajaria - Kerogress / Equivalent Nitco/ Naveen/ Somany/ equivalent other makes.

Half nosing for cudapa slab: Providing half nosing for 20 to 30mm thick cudapa slab using required machinery, polishing complete

RCC Doorframe: Providing and fixing pre-fabricated non-monolithic RCC Doorframe, factory manufactured, in separate parts and assembled at bolt and nuts system with mechanical table vibrating as per IS 6523-1983 with using M25 concrete as per IS-456 with a cross-section of 60mmx100mm, reinforced with 1.70 kg TMT steel reinforcement of 3 numbers of 6mm dia. GRP Door shutter 32 mm thick: Providing and fixing factory-made single leaf rigid GRP Sandwich composite door shutter of 32mm thick, laminated with two GRP skins with wood grain finish, fabricated using U.V- stabilized Isophthalic Gelcoat and on layer of 45gsm E-Glass Chopped strand Mat (CSM), impregnated with orthopthalic polyester resin. The thickness of the skins shall not be less than 1.5mm. Expanded polystyrene EPS) structural foam panel of 29mm thickness and a density of 20 kg/m3 shall be used as core material. Wooden reinforcements made of Seasoned Salwood block of cross section not less than 28x32mm and also necessary salwood reinforcements for fixing the metal fittings such as tower bolts, aldrops, handles, etc., shall be provided. A structural adhesive compatible with EPS foam shall be used for bonding the core material, the salwood reinforcement and the skins. The material and process for manufacturing the door shutters shall conform to RV/TIFAC Composites Design center Standards and specifications and the door shutters tested in conformation to IS 4020-1994. The finish of shutter will be plain colour White/Ivory/Beige/Light Grey or any other colour using high quality pigments

Wash basin: KSRB 11-11.4: Providing and fixing white vitreous china clay, flat back wash basin size 550x400mm with a single 15mm C.P brass pillar tap with C.I / M.S brackets, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the wall and floor wherever required, including cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications. M. S. Grill/ MS gate/ MS stand: Providing and fixing M. S. grill work for windows/ ventilators; MS gates/ MS stands, similar MS structural works using M. S. flats or M.
