Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection / terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) size on wall surface as required. Note: Cable will be supplied by departmentally CSIR-NAL.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C X 35 sq. mm (32mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory assembled, microprocessor controlled energy efficient air cooled multiple condensing unit of total capacity of 8.5 TR and working with R- 410A / 407C refrigerant. The condensing units shall be of low noise, low vibration and multiple circuits & shall be programmed such way to work at energy efficient. The compressors shall be of hermetically sealed scroll inverter type in multiples / single of rated capacity and shall be in operational to meet the load demand. The condenser shall be complete with internally grooved copper coil, integral sub cooling circuit with air cooled coils, controls, accessories, suction and discharge service valves etc., all complete. The ambient operating temperature of condensing unit shall be at 95°F and ADP shall not be more than Bengaluru weather conditions. The condensing unit shall be supplied with necessary, microprocessor based control panel and it shall be interconnected AHU using necessary size of copper conductor control cable. Also, the entire system shall be installed on terrece of the bulding and the height of the building will be around 30 feet(G+2) from the ground level using necessary M.S angle frame with anti-vibration isolators mounts/pads, bolts, nuts, fasteners etc., all complete including civil works if any. The equipmet shall be lifted to terrece using necesary crane with out any damage to the building as required.

Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning including vaccumiazation and nitrogen testing of suitable sizes (suction & discharge line) of hard drawn /soft drawn refrigerant copper piping (or as per manufacture recommendations) from condensing system to Dx-type AHU. The refrigerant piping complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing / brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation / with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required. ► The Copper Piping & Piping Circuit should be with Minimum Number of joints. which shall be attained by (i) Using One End Expanded Tubes, (ii) Bending the tubes instead of using elbow joints wherever 90 degree bending is required. ► Piping should be routed at site in such a manner, that brazed joints in the refrigeration piping are kept to a minimum. ► The makes of tube fittings shall be same as that of tubes. ► The thickness of fittings used shall be same as that of the pipe. The vendor shall accept the accepted rate as per the actual measured quantities. The quantity of these items of works shall be measured as per actuals requirements of site the conditions. The size of refrigerant pipes shall be designed with the required size of copper pipes as per the manufacturer recommendations.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory built outdoor type air cooled DX version, double skin Air handling unit (AHU) made out of pre-plasticized, powder coated painted / pre coated GI sheet (outer skin) & plain GI sheet (inner skin) of thickness not less than 0.6 mm & shall be cabinet type. The construction shall be in modular design, double skin incorporated with 40 to 50 mm thick PUF insulated material of 40 Kg/m3 thermal break construction. The necessary inlet and outlet aluminium volume control damper shall be provided. The AHU shall be with various section & each section should be properly sized to accommodate the following components & shall be suitable for working with 410 A / 407 C refrigerant media of condesing unit specified under item no.9. All the components specified under this item shall be mounted on common base rigidly using necessary anti vibration mounts as per the standard practice: Inlet / Mixing Section: ·   Low Leakage extruded aluminum aero foil type return air and fresh air with G-4 Filter dampers suitable for manual & motorized operation. ·   Pre-filter section with filter (10 microns) - G - 4 grade. ·   Hinged type service door.

Cooling Coil Section: SS-304 insulated condensate tray. Hinged service door (optional If required). 6 rows deep DX-type cooling coil of interwine type using copper tubes with 10 to 12 fpi aluminum fins. Suitable Electronic / thermal expansion valve kit for each AHU based on the manufacturer standard to be considered. Number of cooling circuits to be designed with minimum 2 circuits having equal capacity in such a way that the system shall be operate at one circuit to achive the required parameter. Each circuit should have to be provided necesary expansion valves/controls etc,. as required. Bypass damper shall be provided in order to bifurcate scavenging and de-humidified air . SS drainpipe. Supply Fan Section: Fan section with Plug type fan with VFD compitable, flow measuring pressure ports. Hinged service door with safety switch. Lamp, Switch & Wiring. Fine filter section: Hinged service door with safety switch. Pressure Measurement ports. Fine-filters section with filter (5 microns) - F-7 grade Semi-HEPA section with filter (1 micron) - F-9 grade

Discharge plenum: Extruded aluminum airfoil blade dampers at supply air outlet (suitable for manual and motorized operation). Fire Damper at supply air outlet with ON / OFF type motor (spring return). Blower section with plug type fan. 5000 CFM / 150 MM S.P / 5 HP, 4 pole 3phase, IE3 level, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor having IP-55 as per IEC 60034-30-1 standards. The motor shall be computable to run with VFD / DOL / Star-delat motor starter. (The selection of the motor rating shall be able to deliver required CFM as per the design conditions / OEM recommendations and suitable for handling of 17 TR condensing unit). Also the necesary provision shall be made avilable to connect De-humidifier of capcity 4500 CFM to maintain required reletive humidity. The AHU shall be designed suitably to connect DX type condensing outdoor units as specified under item no.7 and shall be installed on necessary civil foundation or MS angle frame using necessary expansion bolts, fasteners etc all complete. Also the AHU shall be inter connected using necesary control cable between condensing unit and other associated equipments as required. Note: The AHU shall be installed at terrace of the existing building and the building is having G+2 at an height of around 30 feet. The unit shall be lifted using necesary cranes / any other euipments with out damageing the existing building. All necesary safety precautions shall be maintened as per the site requirement / standards.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Air shower of size 1700mm (W) x 1000mm (D) x 2200mm (H) made out of CRCA sheet with powder coated paint. The air shower shall have the following features: 1. Suction filter. 2. Supply filter. 3. Blower motor of suitable rated. 4. Accessories like door closer, door handles, air jet nozzles etc. 5. Safety requirement like rotor switch with door indicator at entry and exit, rotor switch with door indicator for emergency ON / OFF from inside, cabin lighting, electromagnet for door interlocking at entry – exit and sensor plate for door interlocking at entry - exit doors as required. The size of the air shower mentioned above is tentative. If, any changes in dimensions as per the site requirement is acceptable. The firm shall be design the air shower as per the site requirement. The GA and controls scheme shall be got approved before fabrication.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of HOODED TYPE MINI PLEATE FILTERS (High efficiency particulate air) designed to remove particles down to 0.3 microns from air streams with an efficiency of 99.997 %. The filter matrix shall be specially treated glass fiber media with machine pleated GEL SEAL filter complete with terminally mounted aluminium anodized housing with volume variable distributor DOP port with protective mesh size 610 mm x 610 mm x 150 mm as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Control valves for condensing units and other accessories as follows: 1. Expansion valves. – 2 No. 2. Hand shut off valves - 4 No. 3. Catch all dryers - 2 No. 4. Digital Thermostat & humidistat - 2 No. 5. Air heater of 9 no.s of 2 kW, 230 Volts, 50 Hz - 1 set 6. First charged refrigerant gas - 1 lot. Note: The materials shown under this BOQ will be tentitive. The heater banks shall be installed at supply air path to maintain the specified relative humidity (RH) specified in the design data sheet and connected using necesary cables/wires to the respective control module in the motor control center (MCC) under item no.25 as required. It is suggested that the vendor shall include if any other acceessories required as per the designed system to achive the prarameters indcated in the design criteria complete as required.

Supply and installation of 50 mm double skin EPS modular false ceiling panel made out of 0.63 mm thickness powder-coated / pre painted GI sheet with mounting accessories.etc all complete. The necessary cutouts of suitable size shall be made avilable in the ceiling panel for fixing of diffusers / HEPA filters / lighting fixtures / fire or smoke detectors. All the cutouts has to be sealed properly using necessary adessive as per the site requirements. The false ceiling panel shall be designed suitable for Class 10000 clean room application as per standard practice as required. The plan shall be got approved before fabrication.

Supply and installation of 80 mm double skin modular wall panel made out of 0.8 mm thick GI sheet with puff as infill with floor track. The necessary provision to inserting 25 / 32 mm dia PVC conduits for laying electrical / network lines/ telephone lines shall be made available as required. The necessary cutouts of suitable size shall be made ready in panel for fixing of plug point / telephone point / internet point all the cutouts has to be sealed properly as per the site requirements. Also necessary double glazed glass view window of size 1000 mm x 1000 mm at two / three places as required shall be provided in the panel as per standard practice and site requirements. The plan shall be got approved before fabrication.

Providing and fixing aluminum coving (horizontal / vertical) of suitable radius curvature to fill the gap between wall panels & false cealings and between wall panel & wall panels at corners with aluminium backing section as required.

Providing and laying of anti static dissipative for electro static devices (ESD) compitable epoxy floor painting of 3.0 mm thickness on existing vetrified tiles / cement floor using necessary primer, adhesives etc all complete. The exisitng floor surface shall be cleaned properly before painting as per the OEM recomendations.

Providing and laying of epoxy coving of suitable radius curvature to fill the gap between wall panels and epoxy flooring at the ground level using necessary primer,adhesives etc as required

Supply, installation testing & commissioning of 40 mm thick honeycomb emergency door with panic bar along with view glass suitable for clean room application. The size of the door shall be provided as per the site requirement and shall not be less than 1200mm(w) x 2100mm(h).

Supply & fixing of return air risers. The capacity of each risers shall be of 750 CFM / 1000 CFM and shall be inbuilt in the wall paneling as per the stranded practice as required.

Testing, Commissioning and Validation of the following tests of Class-10000 clean room as per applicable standards as required. 1. Air balancing test. 2. Pressure balancing test. 3. Temperature & RH test. 4. Filter integrity test. 5. Particle count test & DOP test. 6. Complete balancing of entire facility. 7. Documentation charges If any tests need to be required for the acceptance of class - 10000 applications as per the applicable standards the same shall be carried out by the firm / vendor with out any extra costs.

Dismantling of existing casette type air-conditioner units, falseceiling, opening existing building wall made out of bricks / cement slab for running supply & return air duct, cable including finishing of breaking /opening of walls using cement plastering to match the surroundings all complete as per site requirement.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 40 Watts new generation IP 65 LED clean room luminaire made out of CRCA frame, CRCA housing, toughened glass cover & bottom opening. The efficiency shall be 70 lm/W with life of 40000 burning hours & CRI 80. The Thd shall be 10 % and color temperature shall be 5500 K. Power input: 220-240V @ 50Hz & power factor 0.9 along with CE approved drivers and ready for operation as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of modular type Motor Control Centre (MCC) for condensing units, air handling units, & heaters. The MCC shall be provided with following: IN -COMING : 100 A, 3P, 16kA MCCB with thermal magnetic releases and shunt releases. - 1 No. OUTGOING FEEDERS : 1. Suitable rated VFD for 3 phase, 5 HP (or AHU suitable) squirrel cage induction motor with necessary MCCB as an incomer, power contactor & control accessories etc for AHU. - 1 No 2. DOL starter with suitable rated AC-3 duty contactor, illuminated start / stop push buttons & other accessories & MCCB as incomer suitable for 5 HP (or AHU suitable) squirrel cage induction motor (as standby for AHU with necessary interlock with VFD feeder) - 1No. 3. 32 A, 3 P, 16 kA MCCB with thermal magnetic releases and shunt releases (Condensing units ) - 2Nos 4. Heater bank controls having 16A, 3P MCB and 16 A, 3 pole AC-1 duty contactors. - 9 sets. 5. LED type indication lamps with control SP MCB. - 1 Set. 6. Digital type multi data Meter (MDM) to read current , voltage, kilowatt, energy & power factor having RS-432 port with necessary rated CT & short links. - 1 No.

All the above components shall be incorporated on suitable size of enclosure made out of CRCA sheet steel with necessary powder coated painting. The necessary power & control wiring shall be made ready for all the out going feeders such as VFD, MCCB, MCB, heater banks & provision for interconnecting / interlocking facility with temperature / RH controller & condensing unit etc all complete as required. TPN copper busbar shall be provided for taping the power to out going feeders. The necessary control logic shall be designed for the safe operation of condensing unit, AHU for maintaining the temperature and RH, with necessary synchronization with VFD & interlocks between feeders as per the standard practice & as required. The remote and local operation facility shall be incorporated VFD & star delta feeders. The fire / smoke dampener shall be inter-locked with incomer so, that the incomer MCCB shall be switched off automatically during the fire / smoke detectors actuator. The incoming power supply to the MCC will be provided by CSIR-NAL. The entire including supply of control cabling, sensor etc,. shall be the responsibility of vendor. The GA shall be got approved by the CSIR-NAL before fabrication. The MCC shall be installed using necessary fame / on the wall with necessary brackets, hardwares as per the site requirements.
