6.33 - Providing and constructing load bearing wall with Solid Concrete blocks of size 400x150x200mm having block density more than 1800kg/m3 and minimum compressive strength of 4.00 N/mm2 conforming to IS 2185 (Part - I) - 2005 and constructed with CM 1:4 as per IS 2572:2005 including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and curing, usage charges of machinery etc complete as per specifications.

8.5.1 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

9.19 - Providing and laying Vitrified tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, treads of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints as per direction of Engineer in charge.

9.1 - Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per m2 including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

13.2.1 - Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality : 15 mm nominal bore

20.104 - Repairing and fixing shutters (panelled or glazed) to doors, windows, ventilators and cupboards.

20.107 - Providing and fixing plain rolled Glass 4mm thick with teakwood beading of 10mm thick.

15.28 - Toilets Tile Joints (Repair) - Providing and grouting tile joints, Cutting the tile joints with the help of cutting machine (width 3mm-15mm) and filling with of matching shade, using three component Epoxy based tile joint filler, non-sag waterproof grout, chemical and UV resistance, Pot life ≤ 60 mins, VOC (EPA 24) < 8gm/kg and water absorption after 7 days < 0.5g Joints shall be clean, dry, free from dirt, etc prior to application. Apply tile grout using a rubber trowel/grout floater, press firmly into joints, ensure complete fill and remove excess grout from surface using suitable method. The work shall be carried out as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

12.96 - Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber Glass from all sides. The Plywood panel for Desk (1800x378x18mm), seat (1800x335x25mm) and back (1800x265x18mm) should be made of both side 0.8mm thick pre-laminated sheet confirming to IS 10701: 2012, the edges should be rounded duly sealed with 2mm thick 18mm & 25mm wide hot pressed PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) beading and fixed to the understructure supporting the ply wood sheet with power driven 16mm screws to the square tubes. The understructure should be made of 25.0mm square tube 1.6mm thick powder coated ERW (Electrical Resistant Welded) frames at base which should be welded to the desk and seat supports that are made of 1.0mm thick powder coated 27.5mm x 25.4mm C channel frame sections. (3) Vertical frames at base and back of seat made of 25.0mm sq. tube x 1.6mm thick powder coated ERW tubes should be provided with 25mm Sq. tubes stiffeners between them fixed with threaded screws. These frames, legs & open ends should be closed with PVC caps. The storage shelf closed on three sides should be made from 0.8mm thick powder coated MS sheet affixed with self thread screws below the desktop and the frame supporting to the desk top. YCM22 - Providing, fabricating, supplying and installing/furnishing Island Laboratory tables as per approved drawing, design and following specifications and directions. Below the work top i.e., underneath module should be made with 19mm thick both side mechanically laminated (1mm ) ply wood (marine ply / BWR grade ply wood) confirm to relevant ISS for all bottom, horizontal, vertical, shutters, drawers and other required numbers. Each table shall be 6 nos of cabines & one shutters compartment (1D/1S) All the cabines are fixed using telescopic channels (S.S coated / S.S rollers) for movement arrangements. The shutters shall be with Ebco/Haffele/Hettich Make NP Concealed Clip on full overlay Hinges, or SS 'U' shaped handles, the outer all-round edges of shutters and drawers shall be with approved type over 2 mm thick mechanically gloved edge banding and necessary locking arrangements with keys shall be made to drawers and shutters. Necessary PVC bottom leg support.The cost including grarite top, drawers and shutters, all hardware fittings including screws etc. The rate including cost of all materials, labour, all making charges fixing and installation charges all charges, transportation loading and unloading, entry tax of duties and all other incidental charges required for successful installation at lab.
