Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders up to 0.60 m dia (0.113 Cum) for canal, seating of embankment, filter drains / catch water drains etc., including dressing bed and dies to required level and profile, cost of all material, machinery, labour, placing the excavated soil, neatly in dump area or for formation of service road / embankment as directed etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-15 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15 N/ sqmm) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard graded, aggregates for sub-structure works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating finishing, curing etc., complete for plain concrete works with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. ELECTRICAL AND PUMPING MACHINARY WORKS : Winding of 160 HP C F 3 phase induction motor Kirloskar/jyothi/cormpton graves make motor with 'B' class insulating materials such as triple paper, emperor cloth, cotton tape, varnish (Oil) air dry, fiber glass sleeves, legs stripping with 7/16 end connection and suitable for above motr HTP (ISI) make class-I working with 100'c heat gauge enamel coated and insulating copper wining wire required as per original make, labour charges to lifting and the above motor including transportation charges from site to workshop and retun to site and overoiling and trial run at site etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Supplying of starter spares for jyoti / MEI / Killburn make auto trnsformer botton and handle oil brake starter & re erection includes replacement of suitable fiber base plate and finger contacts on volt coil, fiber glaves 4X4 size and over load tripping arrangements required size screw nut and bolt (metals) and cable jointing with suitable copper lugs including removeing burnout portion of cable and connecting at site etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Supplying of spare parts to Non-return/sluice values and facilitate from site to workshop by removing from delivery end of T joint, supplying of spare parts to gun metal bushes to non retun valve body case, supplying of spare parts to hinges shaft by means of stainless steel shaft including turning, machining and finishing to required sizes, supplying of spare parts to guide ring to tongue to suitable sizes, supplying of spare parts to packing rubber to non return valve, supplying of spare parts to all sizes bolts and nuts with washers and other joining materials, after attending all repairs same has to facilitate from worshop to site and re erection of non non return valve after attending job works including assembling all the parts with erection and trial running etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Supplying of spare parts to Foot valve for maintainance to facilitate from site to workshop for Reconditioning of foot valve, toongue pins are replace by making new pins with SS shaft, Tongue Gun metal bushes are replace by new gun metal bushes with machining for required sizes, providing and fixing of new foot falve leather, providing and fixing of packing rubber, supplying of bolts and nuts, castrol grease for the foot valve, packing ruber for foot valve, after attending all repairs same has to facilitate from workshop to site and Re erection of Foot Valve afater attending job works including assembling all the parts with erection of Foot Valve after attending job works including assembling all the parts with erection and trial running etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Supplying of Spare parts to 160 H P Centrifugal pump for maintainance to facilitate from site to workshop for Reconditioning of pump main shaft by means of welding to worn-out portions and turning to required bearing sizes, Supplying of Spare parts to pump bearing housing by means of welding with CI machinable electrodes with boring and machining for bearing outer sizes, Supplying of Spare parts to pump impeller guide rings by welding inside and machining for impeller outer sizes,Supplying of Spare parts like new gun metal bushes for pump shaft, body fitted bushes, checknuts, water circulation rings including pattern casted in gun metal, boring for shaft sizes and turning and finishing of pump body sizes etc., complete, Supplying of bolts and nuts, Supplying of castrol grease for the pump, Supplying of turner champion quality gland rope for pump, Supplying for packing rubber for pump, after attending all repairs same has to facilitate from workshop to site and Re erection of pump after attending job works including assembling all the parts with erection and trail running etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. ESTABLISHMENT CHARGES Engaging watchman to for watch and ward of pumping machineries , Motors, panel boards etc., and other items in the LIS pump house as per the direction of etc., complete with all lead and lifts including loading and unloading and as per specifiction with the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
