004 - Providing casing embankment using approved semipervious soil from soil borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95 percent using power roller etc., complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

005 - Providing and constructing 450 mm thick hand packed rough stone revetment consisting of 300 mm thick rough stones with 400 to 450 mm long through stones at 1.5 m c / c over a backing of 150 mm thick 40 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to specified slope, wedging with chips, finishing etc., complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

006 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway d / s face, energy dissipating structure, training walls, piers, abutments and such other locations with all lead and all lifts. ( Cement content : 300 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ). complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

007 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M25 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

009 - Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC structures including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, lapping / welding joints wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm dia. Soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour labour etc., complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

010 - Providing and placing sand bags consisting of empty cement bags filled with 35 to 40 kg locally available sand for forming ring bund including packing leakage points with selected earth, cost of all labour, materials etc., complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

011 - Filling clayey soil between two rows of sand bags placed for forming ring bund including tamping, plugging leakage points etc., complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

012 - Providing and constructing 75mm dia PVC pipe weep hole for concrete/mossonry walls incluiding providing 200x200x200mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20mm down course aggregates in 1:4 proportion incluiding 100mm thick sand backing at the juncion of wall and soil backfill,cost of all materials ,machinery,labour etc complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

013 - Providing and fixing 20mm thick 150 mm depth trafelt expansion join filler boards for cement concrete lining of canal including cost of all materials, labour and all including other ancillary operations complete with all lead and lift as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

014 - Drainage Spouts using 100 mm class 'B' Gl pipe as per drawing and Technical specification including clamps and nuts etc., including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specifications. MORTH Specification No. 2705, complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

015 - Supply and fixing of FRP “C” section frame of size 100mm and wall thickness of 8mm (1mm) and Rib thickness of 12mm smooth finish with marine grade gel coat, with side projections at every 1 Mtr. interval to hold the frame firmly in concrete including tie bar at top and key holes provided to tie the binding wire with reinforcement to maintain the alignment. FRP frames should be flushed to the top of the pier level after concreting to avoid damages of frames by debris of flood water. Binding of glass fibre mat must be Isoptholic polyester resin of marine grade with UV stabilizer to withstand all weather conditions and saline water (For any size). Anchor brackets to be provided to avoid the uplift of needles on either side of the groove, complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

016 - Supplying and fixing FRP Needle gate made out of concealed GI tubes of suitable size & thickness. Zinc coating of not less than 360GSM, I.S make hot rolled from any reputed pipe manufacturing company. FRP wrapping all-round the pipe minimum thickness of 4mm and wall thickness of plates not less than 6mm. made out of Isoptholic polyester resin UV stabilized marine grade and fibre glass chopped strands of 450 GSM electrical grade with gel coat finish. The water seals to be made out of synthetic rubber (EPDM) and housed in anodized aluminium housing as per design and drawing issued according to site conditions with the warranty of 5 years for any manufacturing defects, & all necessary works as directed and complete as per per specification (For 2.20m to 4.20m width)(For 0 to 2.00 m Height) complete with all lead and lift loading and unloading charges as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
