Making proper alignment and erection of all the spares like strainer, bearing bush, impellers, impeller rings, bowl shaft sleeves, line shaft sleeves, line shaft bearings, shaft coupling, column pipes, line shafts, oil tubes, bowl assembly etc., complete and giving trial run of above including the to & fro transportation charges.

Repairs to 100 HP Motor of Centrifugal Pump, fixing of bearing: Dismantling the cable connection of terminals of the 100 HP Motor without damaging the other parts etc., compete. Removing the aligning nuts, earthing, coupling nut bolts of pump, motor etc., complete. Lifting the motor carefully from the pump and keeping the motor on the wooden pieces without damaging the shaft etc., complete. Drawing the motor from the pump house carefully without damaging the panels.

Removing the damaged driving end side bearing by removing the coupling, bearing housing and non-driving end side bearing by removing the bearing housing from its position by removing the pump coupling. Opening the bearing housing using bearing puller etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of new suitable thrust roller brass gauge driving end side bearing

Supply and fixing of new suitable non-driving end side bearing deep groove ball bearing

Cleaning the inside surface of the bearing housing of driving end and non-driving end side. Supply and fixing of required quantity of bearing grease.

Providing new insulation to the slot with suitable class of insulation material of approved make, taping, providing new sleeves, silver brazing and varnishing with Dr. Beck 65 E/R varnish and becking in thermostatic oven at 1200 C temperature for 12 to 14 hours, applying Dr. Beck Gelcoat on the overhang portion of the winding assembly etc., complete.

Removing the Rotor from the stator carefully without damaging the winding and making proper balancing to the Rotor in the balancing machine etc. complete.

Supply and fixing of new oil seal and also making repairs to the motor cover by proper machining.

Reassembling of all the dismantled parts of pump set, like re-fixing the bearing housing, pump coupling to its original position, making alignment with motor, fixing coupling bolts, nuts, etc., and commissioning and giving the satisfactory trial run.

Removing burnt “RYB” phase HT limb (3 – limbs) winding cleaning the core, providing and rewinding “RYB” phases using best quality and approved make copper of electrolytic double paper coated conductor of suitable guage, Note : The above rates are quoted after deduction of salvages as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning, Repairs and Painting inside the Transformer tank with hot oil bath and acid proof copy paint and painting outside the Tank with enamel paint after thorough cleaning including cost of materials and labour including the painting of radiators, etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Drying out assembly of core and winding in oven till specialized insulation resistance is arrived, including the cost of labour charges etc. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Tanking the assembly, giving connections by brazing, soldering, providing new gasket and insulating materials conforming to relevant IS putting back the cover tightening the fixtures, fixing the bushes etc., including cost of all materials like gasket insulating materials, bolts and nuts, silica gel, LV Rod etc, and labour at repair works to facilitate testing as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling of new oil by filtration process to the main tank and QTLC tank 440 liters including labour and accessories. Note : The rates are quoted after deducting the cost of contaminated oil as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Testing the transformer after complete repairs for insulation resistance, ratio of all types, short-circuit magnetic balance of the core, magneting the KV for a voltage of 10% above the rated voltage for a period of 1 minute by including the voltage from LV side as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Loading, Transportations of repaired Transformer from repairs work spot to pumping station and unloading on the existing platform as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Errection and commissioning or repaired Transformers including connection at HV and LV side and earth connection etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of H.T. Side Main Cable between Cubicle Meter and Transformer: Removing the existing worn out H.T. cable buried in the ground between cubicle meter and transformer including the cost of labour etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 120 sq.mm. 3 core H.T. Cable from Cubicle Meter to Transformer as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Termination Kit (Pot head), heating, sinking, fixing of lugs for both ends of the cable i.e. LT and HT side as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
