Item No 2.13, Volume-IV, PAGE No-39 - Providing and laying in-situ vibrated M-15 grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for plain concrete works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, providing mortar layer for lift joints, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with all other ancillary operations complete. Complete with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading as per specification, drawing and direction of engineer in charge of work

Item No 1.12 Volume-IV, PAGE No-130 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N/sq mm) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, centering, formwork and scafolding and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications for check dam/pickups/irrigation tanks waste weir/sluice, sluice canal and other allied works like abutments/wing walls/returns/cutoff walls works & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification. Complete with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading as per specification, drawing and direction of engineer in charge of work

Item No 2.11 e, Volume-I , PAGE No-18 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550/550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire/soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technial specification.e. Dam and Allied works. Complete with all lead and lifts, loading and unloading as per specification, drawing and direction of engineer in charge of work

Item No 1.8, Volume-I, PAGE No-7 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/ Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, includingcost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.

Item No 8.54, Volume-III, PAGE No-78 - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.
