code05 - Providing and laying in-situ vibrated M-15 grade cement concrete using 40 mm down approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates for plain concrete works including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, providing mortar layer for lift joints, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing with all other ancillary operations, including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code06 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 20 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, including cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing, centering, formwork and scafolding and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications for check dam /pickups /irrigation tanks/waste weir/sluice, sluice canal and other allied works like abutments/wing walls/returns/cutoff walls works & all necessary works , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code07 - Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, laping/welding joints, tying with binding wire / soft annealed steel wire and other ancilary operations complete as per drawing and technical specification , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code08 - Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete including compaction as per drawing and Technical Specification (Granular material) and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work

code09 - Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code10 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling, water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work, including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code11 - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density by Mechanical means Using Screening Type A (13.2mm agg) and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work

code12 - Providing hearting / casing embankment using homogeneous approved soil from borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using power roller and all other ancillary operations , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code13 - Providing and constructing 300 mm thick rubble stone pitching set in CM 1: 5 proportion by volume with pin headers at 2 per m2 including cost of all materials from approved source, labour, packing stone chips and mortar into joints, finishing, curing and all other ancillary operations , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code14 - Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. M.S. tube including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code15 - Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand , including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code16 - Providing S&S RCC SPUN / VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) pipes NP-3 Class conforming to IS:458-1988 with latest amentments using ordinary portland cement, for sanitary works and conveying to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes and specials, perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing materials, i.e, rubber rings conforming to IS: 5382 for S&S RCC pipes, with all leads and lifts as directed and giving necessary hydraulic test as per ISS to the required pressure and commissioning etc. complete. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing). Before the execution of the work, the contractor shall carry out the survey etc. all complete RCC NP3 Class pipe of 450 mm dia., including cost of machinery, labour etc complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer in charge of the work.

code17 - Providing S&S RCC SPUN / VIBRATED CAST PIPES (REINFORCED) pipes NP-3 Class conforming to IS:458-1988 with latest amentments using ordinary portland cement, for sanitary works and conveying to work site, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level including loading and unloading at both destinations and jointing of pipes and specials, perfect linking of joints with jack to correct position including cost of jointing materials, i.e, rubber rings conforming to IS: 5382 for S&S RCC pipes, with all leads and lifts as directed and giving necessary hydraulic test as per ISS to the required pressure and commissioning etc. complete. code18 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of embedded parts consisting of liners for trash rack grooves ( for coarse and fine screenS ) with all accessories for pump house intake structure including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning,anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and four coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings. etc. all complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge Note: 1. Wt of 1 set of embedded parts in tonnes = 100 to 125 kg / m height 2. Quantity of structural steel = 100.0 % of computed weight for 1 set.

code19 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of fixed wheel type vertical lift gate ( with top seal ) consisting of skin plate, siffeners, horizontal and vertical girders, wheels, guide rollers, rubber seals with all accessories for canal escape / regulator vent including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, seal fixing and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings Note: 1. Weight of 1 gate in tonnes = 0.0888 ( L2 x H x h )0.659 Where ( L ) is length = Clear vent width in m + 0.50 m. code20 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of adequate capacity screw type hoist consisting of supporting structure, platfom, railing, ladder with all accessories for operating canal escape / regulator gate including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, greasing, applying two coats of zinc chromate red oxide primer and three coats of approved synthetic enamel paint and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings Note: 1. Capacity of hoist in t with 25 % reserve capacity =2.50 x Wt of gate.
