004 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/ basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necessary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications 2.4.1 MIX 1:2:4 (M15) Using 20 mm and down size graded crushed coarse aggregates) M-15

005 - Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for all Super structures of building , Road works, Water works, Irrigation works & super structure works of bridges upto 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers laid in layers, well compacted using needlevibrators. The cost includes all lead & lifts, cost of all materials, quality confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes , labour, Usage charges of machinery,curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. 2.5.1 M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm and down sizegraded crushed coarse aggregates

006 - Providing, fabricating and placing in position steel reinforcement bars for RCC structures includingcost of all materials, machinery, labour, cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, lapping /welding joints wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm diameter soft annealed steel wire and all other ancillary operations complete

007 - Providing and fixing M.S. Channel frame to suite the suitable size of gates. The side channels with suitable height with hold fasts 12mm dia and 0.5m long M.S. Bar at 0.50 m c/c with suitable size bottom channel including cost of all materials including two coats of anti corrosive paintover a coat of primer & all necessary works as directed and complete as per per specification. as directed by the Eng-in-charges

008 - Providing ,Supplying and fixing M.S. gates of Suitable size with required number of M.S. plate , stiffners, and horizontal bracing of ISMC 75*40 including rubber guard of ISA 20*4 of approved quality to bottom & two sides and to be fixed to the grove of M.S. gate of size 25 mm with machine screw nuts and bolts of size 6mm dia & 35mm long and fixed with 16mm dia MS bar handles with required numbers suitably welded to horizontal bracing including two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a coat of primer & all necessary works as directed and complete as per per specification. as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.

009 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of abour,rolling,water,all materials,usage & all other appurtenaces required to complete the work.

010 - Providing and constructing 250mm thick dry rubble stone pitching with pin headers at 2 per m2 using stones and stone chips from approved source including cost of all materials, labour, hand packing / wedging stone chips, finishing and all other ancillary operations complete. 3.41.1 250mm thick

011 - Providing and constructing 75 mm dia PVC pipe weep holes for concrete / masonry walls including providing 200 x 200 x 200 mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20 mm down coarse aggregate in 1 : 4 proportion including 100 mm thick sand backing at the junction of wall and soil back fill, cost of all materials, machinery,labour & all necessary works as directed and complete as per specification. and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

012 - Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 5mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete. Spec. No. As directed by Engineer in Charge & MoRTH specification 804 as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.
