004 - Providing and laying insitu vibrated M-20 ( 28 days cube compressive strength not less than 20 N / sq mm ) grade cement concrete using 40 mm down size approved, clean, hard, graded aggregates including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, formwork, centering, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete for RCC works of gallery, sluice, spillway crest, spillway d / s face, energy dissipating structure, training walls, piers, abutments and such other locations etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge ( Cement content : 300 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser ).

005 - Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Sub structures of building, Irrigation works, Sub structure works of bridges, Drain works & other parallel works from 0.50m to 3.50 m height. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed with super plasticisers, laid in layers, well compacted using needle vibrators, providing weep holes wherever necesary, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, confirming to the requirements of relevant IS codes, labour, Usage charges of machinery, curing and all other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork to be paid separately) M20 Design Mix Using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge

006 - Providing, fabricating and placing in position reinforcement steel for RCC structures including cleaning, straightening, cutting, bending, lapping / welding joints wherever required, tying with 1.25 mm dia. Soft annealed steel wire, including cost of all materials, machinery, labour labour etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge

007 - Providing and constructing 75mm dia PVC pipe weep hole for concrete/mossonry walls incluiding providing 200x200x200mm size porous concrete block made of cement and 20mm down course aggregates in 1:4 proportion incluiding 100mm thick sand backing at the juncion of wall and soil backfill,cost of all materials ,machinery,labour etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge

008 - Providing & fixing M.S.Channel frames with suitable ISMC to suit the size of gates(1.85X1.00). The side channels with suitable height(3.00) with hold fasts 12mm dia & 0.5m long M.S.bar at 0.5m C/C with suitable size bottom channel including cost of all materials including two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of primer etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge

009 - Providing, Suplying and fixing M.S.Gates of size 1.62m x 1.2m with 6mm M.S.Plate with and stiffners (2Nos) Horizontal bracing 6Nos . Of ISMC including providing rubber guard of ISA 20x4 for providing rubber of Quality for bottom & two sides fixed to grove of M.S.gate of size 25mm with machine screw nuts and bolts of size 6mm dia & 35mm long and 16mm dia MS bar handles (4Nos) suitably welded to horizontal bracing including two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a cost etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge

010 - Providing casing embankment using approved semi-pervious soil from soil borrow areas in layers of 250 to 300 mm (before compaction) including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out, breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides, watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95 percent using power roller etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge

011 - Providing and constructing 450 mm thick hand packed rough stone revetment consisting of 300 mm thick rough stones with 400 to 450 mm long through stones at 1.5 m c / c over a backing of 150 mm thick 40 mm down graded coarse aggregate layer including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, laying to specified slope, wedging with chips, finishing etc., complete with all lead and lifts, loading & unloading as directed by Engineer in-charge
