Removal of earth from the choked hill side/other side and disposing it on the valley side manually including cost of all lead,all labour,lift , hire charges of all machineries etc., complete including all other incidental charges and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder(filling with fresh soil) Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil excavated by excavator, carriage by tipper and compacting it with plate compactor to the desired field density including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading , lead, etc., complete including all other incidental charges and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of work

Providing and applying Tack Coat as per Table 500-2 on prepared surface using Rapid Setting Bituminous Emulsion(RS1) complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.On black topped surface at min. 2.0kg/10 sqm.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates as per table 500-10 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with minimum bituminous binder VG-30 Grade Paving Bitumen(as per clause 504.2.1) complyimg with IS 73 in Hot mix plant , loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical Paver Finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete with lead of mixed material and all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work . Using 40-60 TPH HMP. 50 mm compacted thickness (Grading-2) with 4.50% Bitumen.As per job mix. NOTE: Protection of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam layer is as per Clause 504.5 of MoRT&H specfification for roads and Bridge work Vth revision.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates premixed with minimum bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen(60/70 Grade) as per clause 504.2.1) complying with IS 73/IS15462(IRS SP53) in hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical Paver Finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting with a lead of mixed material and all other incidental charges etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. Using 40-60 TPH HMP, Grading-2 with 5.4% Bitumen (30 mm compacted thickness) Using VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen (60/70 grade) As per job mix

Painting the road surface using approved quality Thermo Plastic material (homogneiously composed of aggregates, pigment, resings and glass reflcetorising beeds) confirming to Clause-803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of 5kg/sqmtr of painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beads at 250gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement temperatutre, that shall produce an adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness of 2.5mm including barricading for traffic diversion as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
