Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, Including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 50-75 mm compacted thickness. b) Using Bitumen 60/70 Grade (VG-30) and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work

Providing and applying Tack coat as per table 500-5 on prepared surface using Rapid setting bituminous (RS-1) emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including including cleaning of road surface by mechanical broom & dusting by Air compressor and spraying by Bitumen Pressure distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking etc., complete Including lead for emulsion., I) using Rapid setting bituminous emulsion (RS-1) A) On bituminous Surface @2 kg/ 10 sqm and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work

Bituminous Concrete - Grading -II :Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, Including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material , excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30-40 mm compacted thickness. and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work

Road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. 2.55 mm thick

Solar Powered Road Marker ( Solar Stud) :- Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-C Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.90 mtrs),3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Project display board of size 1.80 x 1.60 m and 2.8 m from ground level:- Providing and erecting project display board of size 1.80 vertical x 1.60m horizontal made of cold rolled coil sheet 16 guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting strenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm iron frame work on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frame works, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45cms x 45cms x 60cms, 60cms below ground level and board 2.80m from ground level(2 Nos of 3.80m over all length each) as per approved drawing(excluding cost letterings ) including necessary cost of all materials all, labour, lead lifts loading and unloading transportating etc., complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge of the work
