Clearing cleaning, deepening and reshaping of roadside unlined/ kaccha drains and making shallow kaccha Iateral drains on shoulders wherever required, including removal and disposal of sediments, extraneous debris and vegetation growth blocking the free flow from site outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer- ln-Charge and as per Maintenance Standard Clause no. 3.1 (Frequency of cleaning in urban areas will be quarterly whereas in rural areas, it will be twice in a year i.e. before and after monsoon).a) Drains having depth upto 0.6 meter

Maintenance of Slab type Culverts by way of clearing, Cleaning, Erosion repair, repairs to cracks, parapet walls and Protection works as per drawing and technical specification (PWD SR Vol III 2023-24 P No.147 I No 16.20). Clearing slab/ box type culverts and pipe culverts including clearing, cleaning and reshaping of upstream and downstream faces of these culverts within right of way. The job includes disposal of excess material recovered from site including vegetation outside ROW with all leads and lifts complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-ln-Charge and as per Maintenance Standards Clause 3.1 (Frequency of cleaning will be one time in a year i.e. before start of monsoon).

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by (Tractor) and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete (For new road) - In area of light jungle by Mechanical means.

Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm thick. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2, including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking,transporting etc., complete exepet lead for bitumen & emulsion. Grading II 13mm (Nominal size) I.No10.05 (ii)P.No 137 NH SR 2022-23.
