Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for subgrade construction including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, consolidation by roller to the desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation) with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete,over WMM/WBM surface. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, (A) On Granular surfaces treated with primer. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.2 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, (ii) Grading 1 with 5.20% Bitumen (50 mm compacted thickness) (a) Using 60/70 Grade (VG-30) Bitumen] with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of Dry lean Cement Concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate as per table 600-1 conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing to the required grade, level and alignment, including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approved grade cement at 400 kg/Cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate as per table 600-3, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver with electronic sensor spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing, to the required grade, level and alignment,textured with texturing machine, finishing and curing including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board.Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminum composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm fixed over back support frame of min 35 x 35 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.20 mm thick, 3.60mtrs hight, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing, including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs.Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.90 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Kilometre Stone: Providing and fixing Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980 and IRC:26, excavation and fixing in position in M-15 concrete, plastering the exposed faces with C.M.1:2, curing painting and printing letters, necessary reinforcements etc including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead lift, transporting etc.,complete. ii) Ordinary kilometer stone (precast). with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. ii) Ordinary kilometer stone (precast).

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Earth work excavation for foundation structures as per drawing and technical specification, inlcuding setting out, constructionn of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including all lead, lifts, labour, spreading etc., complete. Up to 3 m with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

 Providing & laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete M 15 [1:2:4] in open foundaton using Granite/Basalt/Trap crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size, clean seived approved sand, mechanically mixed in concrete mixer, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator, curing for 14 days, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead lift, transporting etc., complete except lead for cement.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

 Providing & laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete M 20 [1:1.5:3] in substructure for Abutment / Pier Cap using granite/trap/basalt aggregates using 20mm and downsize and clean sieved approved sand including mixing mechanically in Concrete Mixer laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick layers, as per Drawing including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating , compacting, hire charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

 Providing & laying Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 [1:1:2] for solid slab superstructure using granite / trap / basalt aggregates using 20mm and downsize and clean sieved approved fine aggregates including mixing mechanically in Concrete Mixer laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick layers, as per Drawing including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating , compacting, hire charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing TMT Steel bar reinforcement conforming to IS-1786, FE-500 Grade designation as per table 1000-3 including straightening bars, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality binding wire after placing in position, tieing, lapping and or welding wherever required and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary as per drawing (laps, hooks and wastages shall not be measured and paid) including cost of all materials, bar bending charges, labour, lifts etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and erecting overhead signs with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium alloy sheet reflectorised with high intensity retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lense type with vertical and lateral clearance given in clause 802.2 and 802.3 and installed as per clause 802.7 over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvanised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structural design requirements and approved plans & as per IRC :67, including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. 1) Truss and Vertical Support with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying of a reinforced cement concrete pipe duct, 600 mm dia, across the road (new construction), extending from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to toe of slope in fills, constructing head walls at both ends, providing a minimum fill of granular material over top and sides of RCC pipe as per IRC:98-1997, bedded on a 0.3 m thick layer of granular material free of rock pieces, outer to outer distance of pipe at least half dia of pipe subject to minimum 450 mm in case of double and triple row ducts, joints to be made leak proof, invert level of duct to be above higher than ground level to prevent entry of water and dirt, all as per IRC: 98 - 1997 and approved drawings, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 verticalx1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting sthrenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frameworks, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8M from ground level as per approved drawing (Excluding cost of lettering)including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions upto 10MSA & for Residential Streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (WMM/WBM Base to be paid separately as per relevant technical specifications & as directions of Engineer-in-charge of work with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Dismantling of Structures: Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 meters including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M-20 by Mechanical Means with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Dismantling of Structures: Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting dismantled material,disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts of 1 km includinng all labour,hire charges of all machineries etc.,complete. (ix) Removing all type of Hume Pipes above 900mm dia with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall, return wall IRC:78 & 2900and foundation trenches as per drawing in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth, compacting deposited material by plate compactor/power rammer after duly watering to achieve the desired degree of compaction, including cost of materials, labour, hire charge of machineries, transportation, all lead, lift, loading, unloading etc. complete. (A) Granular material.with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall, return wall IRC:78 & 2900and foundation trenches as per drawing in layers not exceeding 20cms in depth, compacting deposited material by plate compactor/power rammer after duly watering to achieve the desired degree of compaction, including cost of materials, labour, hire charge of machineries, transportation, all lead, lift, loading, unloading etc. complete. (B) Fine Aggregate Material.. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying boulders laid dry without wire crates for Apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead and lift, transporting etc.,complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. to a thickness of not less than 600mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing including cost of materials, labour, watering, transporting, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

(A)Providing Weep Holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, fixing in position in C.M.1:3 with collar and clamp extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV : 20H towards drawing force as per drawing including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, lead, lift, loading, unloading etc., complete. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and applying 2 coats water based cement paint to unplstered concrete surface after cleaning the dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence, and applying paint @ 1ltr for 2 sm incluidng cost and conveancy of all materials , labour, hire charges, machinery, lead,, lifts ,loading, unloading etc.. complete with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4/NP3 prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row, fixing collar with clean seived approved fine aggregates cement mortar 1:2, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete.1000mm dia with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work. with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Supplying HDPE pipes conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite including loading and unloading at both destination and rolling, lowering into trenches, laying true to line and jointing of pipes and specials including encasing the pipe around to a depth of not less than 15cms with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc.,Complete giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISS with all lead and lifts including testing and commisioning. Supplying and fixing of Hot Galvanised MS bracket suitable for outdoor luminaries and mounted on Octagonal pole using necessary bolts, nuts etc, complete.Single Arm Bracket with 1500mm Standard 40/50MM dia with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.

Fabricating supplying and mounting MS box made out … SWG suitable for floor / wall mounting, fully weather proof with provision for better heat dissipation, provided with hinged front cover, equipped with tamper proof locking arrangements, with suitable size clamps with necessary cable entry pipe with gland and box should be finished with 2 coats of red oxide primer paint and finally finished with approved colour enameled metal paint etc., complete with IP65 protection.14 SWG (1500mm x 1500mm x 600mm) with all lead and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge of work.
