By Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Earthwork excation for road way in soil by mechanical means using dozer including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 1000meters including trimming bottom and side slope in accordence cross section, including all labours, all labours, load, unload usage charges of all machineries etc., complete. (cutting & filling ) and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete with lead of mixed material up to 1 Km (Compacted thickness) Grading-II Material (Close graded) and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, with lead of mixed material up to 1 Km (Compacted thickness). Laying Using Grader. and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for emulsion and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying Tack Coat as per Table 500-5 on prepared surface using 80/100 grade Bitumen (VG-10) complying with IS 73 of approved quality and make including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete, except lead for Bitumen. Ref to MoRTH Specification No 503 and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 50-75 mm compacted thickness. Grading -II and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30 mm compacted thickness. Grading -II and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation) and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Painting the road surface using approved quality Thermo Plastic material (homogeniously composed of aggregates, pigment, resings and glass reflectorising beeds) confirming to Clause-803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of 5kg/sqmtr of painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beads at 250 gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement temperature, that shall produce an adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness of 2.5mm including barricading for traffic diversion as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/ 33023/ 10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 vertical x 1.60 M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6 mm thickness) sheeting strenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm iron frame work on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frame works, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and nuerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6 mm, 2 NOs, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly desined foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8 M from ground level as per approved drawing. (Excluding cost of lettering) including cost of all materials , all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregates 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compated by vibration including curing,including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing & tecnical pecification for Pipe Culvert complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications, including cost of all materials, formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting,all labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete. (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges) PCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated TMT Fe-500 grade bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including straightening bar, cutting, bending, hooking binding with approved quality binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding whereever required ( laps, hooks 7 wastages shall not be measured & paid) incluidng cost of all materials, fabrication charges, all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete for wall & slab etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including formwork, centering, curing, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking charges, finished exposed faces etc., complete with a lead of concrete mix up to 1 Km (excluding cost steel & fabrication charges). RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & Concrete pump and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT Fe 500 grade bar reinforcement in Foundation, including cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, fabrication charges, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality of binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding whereever required (wastages for laps, hooks shall not be measured & paid) with all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting,, stacking neatly, etc., complete, as per drawing & Technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, 110 mm dia at 4 kg/sqcm fixing with glue extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce, including cost of all materials curing all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete. as per drawing and Technical Specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification, including formwork, centering, vibrating, compating, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking finishing the exposed faces, etc., complete. PCC Grade M15 using batching plant & manual placing and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M30 Grade for approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification, including formwork, centering, vibrating, compating, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking finishing the exposed faces, etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, in situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, including formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all steel and fabrication charges, casting handling all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation fixing in position etc., complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification, including cost of all materials, compacted with plate compactor, all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete. Granular material and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. including cost of all labour, materials, compacted with plate compactor, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting,, stacking, etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.
