Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with Disposal : Excavation for roadwork in soil by hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location, with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m, including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrow pits : Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, consolidation by roller to the desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete as per table 300-2.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders : Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. Construction of Median and Island with Soil Taken from Borrow Areas. Construction of Median and Island above road level with approved material brought from borrow pits, spread, sloped and compacted as per clause 408, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete. (Compacted thickness)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete with lead of mixed material up to 1 Km (Compacted thickness)A (v) Grading-V Material (Close graded)

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, with lead of mixed material up to 1 Km (Compacted thickness).A Laying Using Mechanical Paver

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM - A (i) Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for emulsion.

Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces (i) a Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for emulsion.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam - Grading -II : Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat - 50-75 mm compacted thickness.

Bituminous Concrete - Grading -II : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30-40 mm compacted thickness.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade on M-15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 as per drawing, form work, curing including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. Using concrete Batching and Mixing plant item 1 Km. mix lead is considered.

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces : Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Providing and Fixing of Median Marker that are made of tough, high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, width and height not less than 15cm, 10cm and 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm, the body structure shall be rounded at its acute angle, all the corners and edges. The plastic used for molding the Median Marker shall have a minimum Notched Izod Impact strength value of 600 J/m at room temperature, when tested in accordance with ASTM D256 and shall retain at least 70% of this value when subjected to accelerated weathering for 1000hrs as per ASTM G155 or UL746C. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have rectangular-shaped, fluorescent yellow color retro- reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm*8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic cube corners as its retro-reflective elements as per IRC 67 2022 and ASTM D4956 type XI specifications reflectivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one or both sides of the Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination of epoxy adhesive and grouting as per MoRTH specification 806

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8, fixing in position including painting and printing letters etc., including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, usage charges of machinery, unloading transporting etc., complete. 3 200 metre stone (precast)

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. 2.5mm Thick

Road Delineators : Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Solar Powered Road Marker ( Solar Stud) : Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Providing Speed Breakers/Raised pedestrian crossings in Trapezoidal section with 2.5 m Top width and transition length of 0.8 m length and height of 0.1 m as per IRC 99:2018 using Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) Gr II and Bituminous Concrete (BC) Gr II for entire formation width & WBM Gr II for Shoulder hump portion only (150 mm thick), completing with road marking paint with applied thermoplastic compound with reflecting glass beeds on bituminous surface and providing 2 Nos. retro reflective traffic signs as per IRC 67 -2022iii.
