Providing and applying Tack Coat as per Table 500-5 on prepared surface using 80/100 grade Bitumen (VG-10) complying with IS 73 of approved quality using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface ,including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete, except lead for Bitumen and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadm(Grading II) with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -40 Grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth whelled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respect including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 Km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat ,for 50 mm compacted thickness.and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete Grading -II with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1 km, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- for 30mm compacted thickness, and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation) and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes,including, barricading , traffic diversion as per IRC- 35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegnmatter, demarcation at site, traffuc control, cost of all materials all labour lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.as per MoRT&H Specification 803(2.5mm thick) and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/ 33023/ 10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectarised cautionary ,mandatoryand informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs) ,3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67,as per clauses including curing cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts,loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.60x45cm rectangular and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectarised cautionary ,mandatoryand informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs) ,3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67,as per clauses including curing cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts,loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.60cm equilateral triangle and as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 verticalx1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting sthrenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frameworks, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8M from ground level as per approved drawing (Excluding cost of lettering)including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.
