Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machinary etc complete. By Mechinery Means using Hydralic excavator and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete including with lead of mixed material (Compacted thickness) Grading-II Material (Close graded) and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, including lead of mixed materials (Compacted thickness).Laying Using Mechanicak paver, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift, loading & unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loadig and unloading etc.,complete, including lead for emulsion, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadm with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG -40 Grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth whelled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respect including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat 50mm compacted thickness Gr-II, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 per cent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, including lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material, excluding cost of primer/ tack coat- 30 mm compacted thickness.Grading -II, and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation), and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes,including, barricading , traffic diversion as per IRC- 35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegnmatter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials all labour lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. (2.5mm thick) and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectarised cautionary ,mandatoryand informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of class B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs) ,3.2mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 25 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67,as per clauses including curing cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts,loading, unloading transporting etc., complete. and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.

Providing and erecting Project Disply board of size 1.80 vertical x 1.6 M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6 mm thickness) sheering sthrenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35x 35x5 mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both side of the board and all MS iron framework, background of the facing side of the board painting in traffic yelloew, project information written in englisgh /kannada/ hindi , painting letters and numbers in black fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x75mm x 6mm, 2nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x45cm x 60 cm, 60cm below ground level and the board 2.8 m from ground level as per apprved drawing ( excluding cost of lattering ) including cost of all materials all labours, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete and as per the directions of the Engineer-in Charge of the work.
