PCC Grade M15, Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking finishing the exposed faces neatly, etc., complete. with a lead of concrete mix up to 1 Km. (excluding cost steel & fabrication charges) , A-Case-I Using batching plant & Concrete pump,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

RCC Grade M30,Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. including formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation stacking finishing the exposed faces neatly, etc., complete. with a lead of concrete mix up to 1 Km. (excluding cost steel & fabrication charges) G-Case-I Using batching plant & Concrete pump,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

RCC Grade M30, using Batching plant transit mixer & Concrete pump including formwork, centering, vibrating, compacting, cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, curing, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transportation, stacking, finishing the exposed faces, etc., complete. Height upto 5m,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT Fe 500 grade bar reinforcement in sub-structure including cost of all labour, materials, usage charges of machinery, fabrication charges, straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality of binding wire, after placing in position, tying, lapping and/or welding whereever required (wastages for laps, hooks shall not be measured & paid) with all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking neatly, etc., complete, as per drawing & Technical specifications,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, 110 mm dia at 4 kg/sqcm fixing with glue extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce, including cost of all materials curing all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete. as per drawing and Technical Specifications,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting,, etc., complete,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 meters including all labour,load,unload,usage charges of all machinery,etc.,complete.By mechanicalmeans using Hydraulic excavator,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13,to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer,cost of all materials,labour,uasage charges of all machenary,lightning,guarding,barricading,maintainance of diversion road,loading & unloading all lead,lifts etc., complete ,with lead of mixed material up to 1 Km.(Compacted thickness). Laying Using Grader ,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Prime coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead,lift,loading & unloading etc., complete, execpt lead for emulsion,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces - Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom,& dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials,labour,usage charges of all machinery,loading & unloading etc.,complete,except lead for bitumen,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Dense Graded bituminous Macadam Grading -II -Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects to achieve the desired compaction including cost of all materials ,all labour,lifts,loading,unloading stacking transporting etc.,complete,except lead for bitumen,with a lead of mixed material upto 1Km,excluding cost primer/tack coat,50-75mm compacted thickness,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Bituminous Concrete Bituminous Concrete Grading -II - Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder at 5.4 percent of mix and filler at 2% by weight of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, all labour,usage charges of all machinery ,all lead,lifts,loading,unloading stacking transporting etc., complete,except lead for bitumen,with a lead of mixed material upto 1 Km,excluding cost of primer/tack coat.30-40 mm compacted thickness,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Road marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectiorising glass beads at 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes,including, barricading , traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegnmatter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials all labour lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc. complete.(2.5mm thick),as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of footpath/separator by providing a 150 mm compacted granular sub base as per clause 401 and 25 mm thick cement concrete grade M15, over laid with pre-cast concrete tiles in cement mortar 1:3 including provision of all drainage arrangements but excluding kerb channel,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 to the required grade, level and alignment , as pr drawing, formwork , curing including cost all material all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking, transportating etc. complete with a lead of mixed material upto 1Km. PCC M15 grade for kerb base,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregates 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compated by vibration including curing for 14 days,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing & laying Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete on open foundation complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications for pipe culvert complete as per drawing and technical specifications,including cost of all materials,formwork,centering,vibrating,compacting,all labour,usage charges of machinery,lead,lifts,loading,unloading transporting,stacking,curing,finishing the exposed faces etc.,complete(excluding coat of steel and fabricationcharges) PCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & concrete pump,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Supplying, Fitting and Placing TMT Fe 500 grade bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications, including straightening bar ,cutting,bending,hooking binding with approved quality binding wire,after placing in position,tying,lapping and welding where ever required(laps,hooks7 wastages shall not be measured and paid ) including cost of all materials,fabrication charges, all labour,material,usage charges of machinery,lead,lifts,loading,unloading,stacking,transporting etc., complete,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification, (Pg.no -216 , I.no-14.09 NHSR 2022-23) including cost of all materials curing all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc., complete,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 9.6.3 Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement,as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling of Structures Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 meters Dismantling Stone Masonry - By Mechanical Means -Dismantling Brick / Tile work/ rubble masonary/ pitching/ etc" ,as directed by Engineer in-charge.
