Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means using dozer including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Case I: Compacting original ground supporting subgrade. Compacting original ground supporting embankmentLoosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction in layers,spreading, braking, clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, consolidation to the desired field density not less than 97% of maximum dry density including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc.,complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete with lead of mixed material as per specification & as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401, including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, lifts etc., complete with lead of mixed material as per specification & as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work(Compacted thickness) Grading-II Material (Close graded) As per job mix.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading lifts etc., complete(Compacted thickness) Laying Using Grader complete with lead of mixed material as per specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successfull completion of work . By using Motor grader As per job mix.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief. as per job mix.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granualar surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery,lead,lift, loading & unloading etc., complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief. As per job mix.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., 50-75mm compacted thickness. Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-II. complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief. As per job mix. NOTE: Protection of Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam layer is as per Clause 504.5 of MoRT&H specfification for roads and Bridge work Vth revision.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., excluding cost of primer/ tack coat . 30-40 mm compacted thickness.Grading -II , complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief. As per job mix.

Removing all type of Hume Pipes and Stacking including Earthwork and Dismantling of Masonry Works complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.Upto 600mm dia.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete.By Manual Means -Rubble stone masonry in cement mortar. complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material, including cost of all labour, material, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, transporting, etc. complete as per specification and Ordinary soil - Manual Means - Depth upto 3 m on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete as per specification and on the direction of Engineer-in-Chief.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
