Reinforced Cement Concrete Crash Barrier:Provision of an Reinforced cement concrete new jersey crash barrier at the medians, constructed with Reinforced Cement Concrete with TMT - Fe 500 reinforcement conforming to MoRT&H Specification and as per details given IRC -119 (Fig.-26) including dowel bars 25 mm dia, 450 mm long at expansion joints filled with pre-moulded asphalt filler board etc., as per approved drawing and at locations directed by the Engineer, all as specified. (Area-0.261 Sqm. /Meter, Double Face) including earthwork, Cement concrete, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade on M-15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409, to the required grade, level and alignment, as per drawing, form work, curing including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade on M-15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409, to the required grade, level and alignment, as per drawing, form work, curing including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc.,with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made precast M -30 grade Cement Concrete Paver Block as per IRC SP 63:2018 & IS 15658 for Commercial Traffic Axle load repetitions upto 10MSA & for Residential Streets of approved shape and colour, laid in required pattern and including over 40mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. including all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces, including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand tempertures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typicl frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Painting the road surface using approved quality Thermo Plastic material (homogeniously composed of aggregates, pigment, resings and glass reflectorising beeds) confirming to Clause-803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of mentioned area painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beads at 250gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement temperatutre, that shall produce an adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness including barricading for traffic diversion as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.30 mtrs), 3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, as per clauses including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67, including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 verticalx1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting strengthened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frameworks, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8M from ground level as per approved drawing including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment. including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc.,with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Grade Fe-500 steel bar (as per IS 1786) staggered at 300 mm apart as detailed in Technical specifications, including stone grit beding wherever required, watering, curing, engraving Machinehole number with flow direction on the inner cylindrical surface etc., complete including cost of reinforcement steel and fabrication charges and also cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with all lead and lifts.
