Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grade-II-Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., with all other incidental charges, as per the directions and instructions of the Engineer in Charge of work complete, ( Excluding cost of primer/ tack coat) 50-75 mm compacted thickness.

Bituminous Concrete Grading-II-Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @ 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., with all other incidental charges, as per the directions and instructions of the Engineer in Charge of work complete, ( Excluding cost of primer/ tack coat) 30-40 mm compacted thickness

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders- Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No.300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., with all other incidental charges, as per the directions and instructions of the Engineer in Charge of work complete. (New road formation).

Providing and fixing of Reflective Raised Pavement marker (RPM's) / Cat eyes / Road studs confirming to ASTM D4280 type - H, having reflective panels made of prismatic lens of total height of 20mm size of 130mm X 150mm and reflecting area of 13 Sq Cm with the slope of retro reflective surface The RPM's should be fixed by using two numbers of polymetric shanks using appropriate adhesive as recommended and certified by RPM manufacturer. The raised pavement marker should support a sufficient minimum load of 13635 Kg in accordance with ministry specification. The test certificates of the product and purchase lots certificate issued by the supplier should be producted at the time of billing. The RPM's shoud be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge of work before fixing at site. The cost is inclusive of all lead lift, transportation, labour, fixing in position firmly, with all other incidental charges, as per the directions and instructions of the Engineer in Charge of work - Reflectivity Warranty as per IRC : 67-2012
