Construction of Granular sub-base by providing laying, spreading and compacting in layers, mixing in a Wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete with lead of mixed material upto 1 km. to achieve minimum CBR value of 30% (Compacted Thickness) Grading-I Close graded mateiral .(As per item 4.01 A of NHSR 2018-19 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 27 )

Construction of Wet Mix Macadum by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-3,mixing in a Wet mix plant plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintanance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., complete with lead of mixed material upto 1km. complete in accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 406. (As per item 4.12 (A) of NHSR 2018-19 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 30 )

Providing and applying bituminous primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion (SS1) complying with IS : 8887 of approved quality and make on prepared surface of granular subbase such as WBM,WMM including cleaning of road surface by mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor, and spraying using bitumen pressure distributor, uniformly at the rate of 0.80kg/sqm as per Table 500-3 including cost of all materials,labour, hire charges of machinery, loading,unloading etc., in accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 502. include lead for emulsion.(As per item 5.01 of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 37 )

Providing and applying bituminous tack coat as per Table 500-2 on prepared surface using Rapid setting Bituminous Emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete,in accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 503. include lead for Emulsion. I-B: On Granular Base such as WBM & WMM surface treated with primer/ over BT Surface (Dry/Hungry) @ min 2.5kg/10Sqm (As per item 5.02 (I -B) of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 37 )

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregatesas per Table 500-10 of specified gradied aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 grade (VG-30) in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8tnnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead ,lift, loading , unloading,stacking,transporting etc complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead , including cost of primer/tack coat complete in accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 507.Using 80-100TPH Batch mix plant of 50-75mm compacted thickness Grading 2 with 4.50% Bitumen VG 30(As per item 5.06 (Bi ii) of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 40).

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregatesas per Table 500-17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 Grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.2.1 complying with IS 73/IS15462 (IRS SP53) in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8tnnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead ,lift, loading , unloading,stacking,transporting etc complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of mixed material upto 1KM , excluding cost of primer/tack coat (comapcted thickness) MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 507. (A) Using 80-100 TPH Batch mix plant (ii) 30-40mm compacted thickness (Grading -2) with 5.40% Bitumen(As per item 5.05 ( B iii a) of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 42 )

Painting the road surface using approved quality Thermo Plastic material (homogeneously composed of aggregates, pigments, resings and glass reflcetorising beeds) confirming to Clause -803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of 5Kg/sqmtr of painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beds at 250gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement marking of minimum specified thickness of 2.5mm including barricading for traffic diversion, as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt,dust and other foreign matter demarcation at site barricading for traffic divrsion traffic control including cost of all materials labour loading unloading lead lift tranporting etc.,complete in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 803. 5.50 kg per Sqm 2.5 mm thick (As per item 8.13, 803 of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 74 )

Providing and laying heavy duty Cobble Stones 60mm thick interlock pavers, using cement and coarse sand for manufacture of blocks of approved size, shape & colour with a minimum compressive strength of 35N/sqmm over 50mm thick sand bed (average thickness) and compacting with plate vibrator having 3 tonnes compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints, finally compaction of paver surface joints into its final level, including cost of materials, labour & HOM of machineries complete as per specifications. (As per item 14.6 of PW, P & IWTD, 2018-2019 Hassan Circle Schedule page 101)

Providing and Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150mm thick, using 20 mm Granite/Balast/Trap metal & clean seived approved sand having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerd laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per drawings, formwork, curing, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead and lift, transporting etc., complete. in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 409. Using Concrete Mixer / Batching Plant (As per item 8.01 of NHSR 2015-2016 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 68 ).

Construction of Median and Island above road level with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation for drain and foundation of other structure, spread,sloped, graded and compacted by plate compactor, including cost of all materials labour hire charges of machineries loading unloading with all lead and lift etc.,complete in accordance with MORT&H Technical Specification Clause 408. (As per item 4.13 of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 30).

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic anamel paint in all shades on new plastereed concrete surfaces, including cost of all amterilas, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting, etc., complete accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 803.(As per item 8.08 of NHSR 2018-2019 Bengaluru Circle Schedule page 73)
