Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of design mix M20 with OPC cement @ 320kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.690cum and fine aggregtes @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @3lts confirming to IS9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008, machine mixed, concrete laid in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, vibrated for all works in foundation, for footings, pedestals retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness ) including attached plasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, sbed blocks, anchor blocks, plinths etc., including cost of all materials, labour, HOM of machinery, curing, complete as per specifications. Specification No. KBS 4.1, 4.6 with all lead, lift, loading, unloading, labour transportation, machinaries and including all incedental charges etc., complete.

Fabrication supplying and erecting M.S. tubular trusses of all spans as per approved drawing & design with prefabricated steel applications using quality material and are durable, reliable and corrosion and abrasion resistant. Welding shall confirm to latest structural welding code. Quality shall be on various parameters like shape, size, design gauge and polish. The entire trusses is anchored in RCC column by using 4 nos of M.S. anchor bolts at each support with 10mm thick base plate and shoe plate. The work includes cutting, straightening, placing in position of M.S. pipes and welding wherever necessary and applying one coat of redoxide primer coat to all the members including cost of all materials, labour charges, and hire charges of machineries for cutting, welding, grinding and erection equipments, with all lead and lift, transportation, including all incidental charges etc,.complete as per specification.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadum by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-3,mixing in a Wet mix plant plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a sensor paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintanance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift and including all incedental charges etc., complete with lead of mixed material upto 1km. complete in accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 406. by using Mechanical paver finisher

Loosening,leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction in layers not exceeding 250mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 97% of maximum dry density, all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete. with all lead, lift, loading, unloading, labour transportation, machinaries and including all incedental charges etc., complete

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregatesas per Table 500-10 of specified gradied aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder grade (VG-40) paving bitumin ( as per clause 504.2.1) complying with IS 73-2013 in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8tnnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead ,lift, loading , unloading, stacking, transporting and including all incedental charges etc complete, except lead for bitumen, with a lead of Mixed material upto 1km excluding cost of primer/ tack coat (Compacted thickness) complete in accordance with MoRT&H Technical Specification Clause 507.Using 80-100TPH Batch mix plant of 75-100mm compacted thickness Grading 1 with 4.00% Bitumen VG 40

Providing and constructing granite / trap / basalt size stone masonry in foundation with cement mortar 1:6, stone hammerd dressed in courses not less than 20 cms high, bond stones at two m. apart in each course including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications. KBS 5.1.13 with all lead, lift, loading, unloading, labour transportation, machinaries and including all incedental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel 304 grade for staircase, balconies, ramps, with hand rail 50mm dia 16 gauge hollow pipe welded to vertical hollow 50mm dia pipe of gauge16 gauge, steel verticals pipe spaced at 1.20m regular intervals, and 5No of 25mm dia. Providing and installing of pre painted Galvolume iron Trapezoidal profiled sheet of approved make 1060mm width (1000mm cover width), 28-30mm crest distance of 200mm c/c with 2 ribs at the center of stiffening. The total coated thickness (TCT) of the sheet will be 0.47mm +/- 0.02mm tolerence Zinc-Alu Alloy coating AZ150 gsm as per ASTM 1397/A755-550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polymer coat 20-22 mmicrons using self drilling / self tapping screws of 25mm length, to be fixed over the existing purlins , rafters channelsand trusses. with all lead, lift, loading, unloading, labour transportation, machinaries and including all incedental charges etc., complete.
