Compacting original ground supporting subgrade: Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction in layers, spreading, braking, clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including watering, consolidation to the desired field density not less than 97% of maximum dry density including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.& As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401, including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete. (Compacted thickness). By Mix in Place Method close graded & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired densityof 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete, (Compacted thickness) Laying Using Mechanical Paver & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM: Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS- 8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift, loading & unloading etc.,complete, Including lead for emulsion using SS-I Bitumen emulsion & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Tack Coat:- Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Grade Bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared on granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, hirecharges of machinery, loading, unloading, stacking etc.,complete, including lead for bitumen. Using VG-10 Grade Bitumen (80/100), On bituminous surface at 0.25kg/sqm & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Tack Coat:- Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Grade Bitumen using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared on bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, hirecharges of machinery, loading, unloading, stacking etc.,complete, including lead for bitumen. Using VG-10 Grade Bitumen (80/100), On bituminous surface at 0.20kg/sqm & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by wieght of total mix and filler at 2 percent by wieght of aggregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no 505 complete in all repects including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen and with lead. excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness). Grading-II 50-75mm compacted thickness, (b) Using 30/40Grade ( VG-40) Bitumen & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Bituminous Concrete Grading -II:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (Compacted thickness).30-40 mm compacted thickness. (ii) Grading 2 with 5.40% bitumen (30-40mm compacted thickness) (13.20mm nominal size) (b) Using 30/40Grade ( VG-40) Bitumen & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders: Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete. (New road formation) & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC 35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lifts, unloading, transporting etc. complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

ROAD Studs with Lense Reflector: Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 102 +/- 2 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 cm2 on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kg. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Retro- Reflectorised Traffic signs:- Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB ,3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67. as per clauses, including curing, cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting etc., complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Direction and Place Identification Signs upto 0.9 sqm Size Board: Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminum composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm fixed over back support frame of min 35 x 35 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.20 mm thick, 3.60mtrs hight, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing, including curing, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings including cost of all materials, all labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Kilometre stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8, fixing in position including painting and printing letters etc., including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, usage charges of machinery, unloading transporting etc., complete & As directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating, compacting, usage charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete (excluding cost of steel and fabrication charges) C-Case-II) RCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & manual placing
