Granular Sub-Base with Close /Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400-1) Plant mix method:Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., with all other incidental charges complete (Compacted thickness) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of the work. Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method):Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., with all other incidental charges complete, (Compacted thickness) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of the work. B. Laying Using Grader

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM-Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift, loading & unloading etc., with all other incidental charges complete, as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge of the work

Tack Coat on Granular surfaces -Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery,lead, lift, loading & unloading etc., with all other incidental charges complete, as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge of the work

Tack Coat on Bituminous surfaces -Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift, loading & unloading etc., with all other incidental charges complete, as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of the work

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading-II-Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., with all other incidental charges complete, 50-75 mm compacted thickness as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge of the work

Bituminous Concrete Grading-II-Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., with all other incidental charges complete, 30-40 mm compacted thickness as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders- Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No.300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador, consolidation by roller including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., with all other incidental charges complete (New road formation) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of the work.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface-Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., with all other incidental charges complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge of the work.10 MM thick

Solar Powered Road Marker (Solar Stud)-Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materials all labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., with all other incidental charges complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge of the work

Road Studs with Lense Reflector-Providing and fixing of Reflective Raised Pavement marker (RPM’s) / Cat eyes / Road studs confirming to ASTM D4280 type - H, having reflective panels made of prismatic lens of total height of 20mm size of 130mm X 150mm and reflecting area of 13 Sq Cm with the slope of retro reflective surface The RPM’s should be fixed by using two numbers of polymetric shanks using appropriate adhesive as recommended and certified by the RPM manufacturer. The raised pavement marker should support a sufficient minimum load of 13635 Kg in accordance with ministry specification. The test certificates of the product and purchase lots certificate issued by the supplier should be producted at the time of billing. The RPM's shoud be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge of work before fixing at site. The cost is inclusive of all lead lift, transportation, labour, fixing in position firmly, with all other incidental charges as per the directions and instructions of the Engineer in charge of work Reflectivity Warranty as per IRC : 67-2012
