Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechnical means using dozer including cuting and pushing the earth to site of embankment including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance cross sections, including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machineries etc.with all other incidental charges,complete. (cutting & filling).

Loosening levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm,mixed with water at OMC and then compated by rolling so as to achieve maximum dry density as given in Table300-2 for subgrade construction including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc.,with all other incidental charges complete

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross section including watering, consolidation by roller to the desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., with all other incidental charges complete as per table 300-2.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., with all other incidental charges complete . Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12 & 400-13, to Wet mix macadam specification inlcuding premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., with all other incidental charges complete. Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RSI) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift, loading & unloading etc., with all other incidental charges.complete.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capactiy batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified graded premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per cluase 504.3.1 complying with IS.73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc with all other incidental charges complete, 50-75 mm Compacted thickness

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous Surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, etc., with all other incidental charges complete.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen as per cluase 504.3.1 complying with IS 73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler @ 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., with all other incidental charges. complete, 30-40 mm compacted thickness.

Road marking with hot applied Thermo Plastic compound with reflectorising glass beeds on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflcetorising glass beeds at 250gms/sqmtr area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including barricading traffic diversion as per IRC:35 , cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, traffic control cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting etc., with all other incidental charges complete.

Solar Powered Road Marker (Solar Stud) Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C.
